   Brought some 10 of 600x600 slabs and not one of them were the actual stated size but thought whatever i can make it work. Went back brought edging which website states is 200x125x100 but they are all too big so I checked website again and they have two different sizes mentioned on the same product. The size stated is 200x150x100 but the picture of the product has dimensions of the 200x125x100. I have left it too late for refund so tried to make it work but impossible because they are the wrong size. Never had this problem other companies I've used so be careful of sizes.

   I have purchased 232 slabs, 8 bags of sand, 3 bags stones sand and many more goods. When I received my goods found 2 slabs was broken. However, I thought I will get replace for these. I went to shop after a week to buy more slabs then I told staff Mr Harsh that last time I received 2 broken slabs and I want replacement for these as well. The way he has behaved its made me to felt as a liar!! I have never felt like this before any other shopping places!! However, afterwards I did not leave this place and have purchased only 4 slabs to showing the gentleman courtesy to Mr John and Mr Mahir who given me a great services in previously. I wanted to buy more goods such as fences, edging, gates but didn’t and never ever come back to Buildland as I told to Mr Harsh Mannerless!!

   Great service from these guys! Their delivery drive really is excellent, came up with a solution to a problem I had. The counter service is also great as are the loaders in the yard! Price wise, pretty competitive but what stands out with the Foleshil Road beach is the service, top notch, thanks guys

   Really good availabilty of stock, friendly and efficient staff. I went for celotex and insulation roll and they had it in stock and the big DIY shops had nothing. I'll make this place the first place to go if I Need building materials next time.

   Paid £16 for delivery. On unpacking items found 1 slab broken. Called within 1 hour to inform the branch I'd need a replacement dropping off and was told I would need to bring it back for exchange Why would I pay for delivery only to then have to drive items back to you if your quality control fails???? Oh, and good job I can make do with the WRONG type of sand you also delivered, because I wouldn't fancy lugging 250kg of that back in my car. Pretty poor. UPDATE: In response to buildlands reply: 1. If you listen to the recording again you'll hear I said "I'll need another one dropping off" to which the reply inferred I would need to bring it back for exchange. If you're saying I should have "insisted" my reply would be: why should I have to? 2. The bags of sand I have clearly state: "Building Sand". I know the difference between that and sharp sand.
