Perfect if you want a French life, they will make you one takes 15 minutes perfect
Always pop into here as a local. The service is great, have good options for when you're caught out missing that 1 product you forgot in your big shop and often getting a meal deal!

Went to co op post office at 4pm today and was helped by a wonderful male member of staff who helped me to return Amazon items. I had never returned items this way before and he totally put me at ease when I said I had no clue what to do. He packaged each item, checked on my phone that they’d all gone to the refund stage. I couldn’t have managed without him. I didn’t get his name but he’ll remember me as the lady returning the salopettes. He’s a real credit to the shop/company. I’ve seen him there before and he’s always helpful with a smile on his face too. He even got rid of the box I didn’t need. The other make behind the shop til was also happy and polite. Can’t praise them enough. Thank you.
The staff at the coop in Exhall are doing a amazing job job with Chelsea and Sophie in the evening shift but the management should remoploy more staff staff to stop the pressure on the the 3 staff in their
Customer service is either exceptional or poor depending who serves, luckily there's only 2 I've seen who give poor service. They don't always have what I want but I can generally do a small top up shop. Good store in general.
Staff are friendly, shop is usually well stocked. Post office is efficient, they have a car park so it is much better than the town centre post office if you are sending a lot of or bulky parcels. Only downside is that there is one till for the post office, one person doing something that takes 25 minutes causes quite a queue. I come here daily and it doesn't happen very often. when it does they will scan pre paid post out the back if they have someone available to do it.
Veryyy veryyy rude one Indian girl on the post office . Speak really rude and arrogantly. She should be out from the store I don't know where is the manager of exhall co op they don't bother about they employees really shame of them
Generally good. But sent a small parcel second class signed for to the Isle of Man and cost £6.75. Should only take 2-3 days. But no, it took over a week and then the package arrived damaged! Royal Mail is so disappointing these days. Not sure if it is the stores fault or Royal Mail? Bunch of good for nothing jokers.
