   I just been to Hadfield rd branch and bought a tenon groove chipboards asked if they can cut it for me as it wouldn't fit in my car they completely refused that we don't cut chip boards i said i bought 3 from B an Q last week if they can do it why not you she replied it must of been a different material I new she is dumb that's how they deal with customers I just left it there and walked out and will never go there again plus will not recommend it to anyone

   First and last time using Selco. Needed some timber, T&G and sealant for a simple bath panel job. Took 15 minutes to find even slightly straight lengths of 2x2, bananas every one of them. The sealant shelf, half the tubes had no nozzles, I can only assume they were returns because the 2 tubes I had were useless and past their sell by date. Moving onto the cheery till operator, grunts seemed to be the most his vocabulary would stretch to. A bad experience not to be repeated.

   The postcode was one letter out so I ended up over one mile away. I was picking up some units for a friend. I showed the man on the till the ref number on my phone and he looked at his screen and said it wasn't in. A colleague of his who was standing close by pointed out the screen on the wall behind him saying Ready for collection.. I mentioned to him about the postcode being wrong which he denied until I showed him on my phone. So if your going to Selco put Hadfield Road Cardiff in your sat nav not the post code.
