   I'am very disappointed with their customer services at the Cardiff branch. Initially, the "customer service" I received was very good, to the point I wished to place an order with costs I estimated in the region of £2k. I was told I would receive a quote the same day which never arrived. I contacted the branch on 4 separate occasions to resolve it. Staff advised that I would receive a call back from the person dealing with it, but this never happened. I have since gone to another supplier who were extremely helpful and what you expect from "customer services" So thank you, Brickability, for wasting my time, but you have done me a favour as I have gone to a company that cares about their "non trade" customers and offer excellent products at a far better price! I would, therefore, be very wary of dealing with this company as the way I've been treated is appalling!

   Just had to share my experience at Brickability. Never have I experienced such fantastic customer service from a lovely, hard working lady by the name of Becky. Nothing was too much trouble, she went out of her way to help me, advise me and pull out ALL THE STOPS to get my order over the line. Becky is a fantastic asset to the Brickability team, I would not have placed my order if she hadn’t been there every step of the way, even to the point of advising where I could see a building in the area built in my brick. Totally amazing lady! Well done Becky ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   We visited Brickability Cardiff when looking to purchase stone cladding for an exterior wall. Brickability had a number of ZClad options on display but they weren't exactly what we were looking for. Rebecca went above and beyond in assisting us. She reached out to a number of suppliers and sourced samples for us so we could make an informed decision before purchasing. Would highly recommend.

   Excellent service from start to finish ! Good range of patio slabs to choose from and reasonable prices. There was a fault in some of the slabs and Rebecca went above and beyond to resolve the issue by getting them replaced really quickly. They even sent us a full pack as a good will gesture. I would definately recommend. The after sales service is second to none and Rebecca is amazing !

   What great customer service Becky was absolutely wonderful so helpful and knowledgeable. We are currently in the process of having an extension and our builder was able to make this wonderful path for us at the back of our house and redo our front path what a transformation. My neighbour had hers done as well to match ours. I honestly couldn't be happier. What a wide variety you had to offer and showcase we certainly were spoilt for choice.
