   I was violently assaulted in this store the other day, it was a deeply emotional experience. I talked to the staff about what happened, and they all just laughed at me. Clearly they don’t understand how to be human beings, the child was lucky I didn’t assault them back, absolutely ridiculous

   Great little Tesco in a fabulous location. Staff are very down to earth, helpful and respectful. It's clean and tidy, with shelves well stocked. Definitely the best Tesco I've used over the years

   The staff are consistently rude. There's never anyone to help with the self-checkouts. One time I waited ages, a girl came up, was extremely rude, crushed my blueberries as they wouldn't scan. I asked her not to crush it and she said I didn't crush it, waved it in my face and then threw it at the basket area. I was too scared to ask for a replacement and they were really expensive.

   Tiny store and staff always seem to be restocking shelves and leave trolleys with crates in down every aisle blocking the way. Quite often there’s nobody on tills but the trolleys have also been abandoned down the aisles without staff. Possibly not enough people put on shift. Shopping experience not good and will be waiting for a long time for staff to come and age approve your items if you get flagged at self checkout. Staff are friendly enough but hard to come by.

   You will be pushed to find a Tesco store with a floorplan worse than this. Very cramped and the use of space makes things worse. No clear area to queue causes lots of problems. Staff here try their best but are clearly overworked - personally I avoid this Tesco because of the reasons listed above. Hope they will one day update the store.

   Great shop and convenient for everything that I need. But the staff are under a lot of pressure at times and have no time for me. Maybe one or two more hands would be good. If Tesco’s is struggling maybe I can give them a couple of pounds just to make life easier. Not good.

   Absolute shambles of a Tesco store extremely lacking in produce untrained staff dirty store in general And worst of all are the so called security guards what a joke! Usually coked out if their heads stalk your average local shoppers with accusing states and attitude whilst there in assuming friends rob the place blind I live 500 meters away from the store and on average spend between £25 to £30 a Day now it will be spent just around the corner in Sainsbury’s Mostly because their in house security are so friendly and welcoming not like the drug addicted security in Tesco Wellfield Road Cardy

   On two occasions I have attempted to purchase energy drinks from the store and because I have been accompanied by friends who did not have “valid” ID (I displayed an in-date 16-18 Cardiff bus pass, which included a clear photo of myself) I was refused the purchase. This “rule” is not displayed anywhere in the store and in no other store have I had such a problem, it has only been with one particular female staff member. If this is the case whereby every one who you speak to in the store needs ID then can it please be made clear. The lady who refused my purchased was very unhelpful in explaining why this purchase was not possible and simply just told me that they only accept passport/driving license which is ridiculous as we had already showed valid ID plus our college ID. Even when my friends left, which would comply by this mysterious rule she still refused. Very unsatisfactory service.
