   Why does it say open on Saturdays from 9-5? I went there today a 1:00pm and its shut wat a wast of time getting a bus up there! I can't only go there on a Saturday I ante making a journey after work. They are nice friendly people that work there. Maybe it's closed down. Don't waste your time going there, it's not open when it says it's gonna be on line. It probably is what a shame if it is that was a good pet shop.

   Annoyed that guinea pigs are not sold singly. They love company, but so does my guinea pig after losing his 7 year old partner. Wrong kind of thinking with those outdated ideas

   Very lovely staff and a good local shop for New addington residents. The number one local pet shop for all your animal needs and a regular stop when we need anything pet based. Even have reptile live food and accessories which is hard to find.

   I went to this pet shop to buy a pet budgie! So exciting! Although I’ve had one before it was just as exciting. I visited on a Saturday and walked in on a member of staff cutting a rabbits nails (cute)! So I head down to the birds section and had a good look as I did a lot of researching to refresh my memory on what to look out for. I believe all the animals I saw looked pretty healthy and in good condition. When I picked my Budgie the lady was very helpful and told me to call them if I had any concerns or questions- very nice of them. Would recommend. It is a small and easily accessible store. Can get there by bus or tram.
