   We recently stayed at Over the Bridge Guesthouse while exploring the area. In short this is a fantastic place to stay with a comfy room, amazing breakfast and lovely host. The location is incredible, next to a river in a very picturesque corner of the village. There was plenty of parking available. The room was large, but cosy with generous heating (which can be turned off). The room was spotless with nice little thoughtful touches throughout. Large comfy bed too. There was lots of choice for breakfast, perfectly cooked and ready exactly at the right time (you choose your options and time the day before) which really set us up for the day. Trevor was a fantastic host, as well as being a great cook, he had many personalised recommendations for things to do and see in the area which really helped us enjoy our stay. He was also very attentive without ever being imposing - an impressive skill. If we are ever visiting the area again, we will definitely be coming back.

   Over the Bridge is an absolute gem. I had a fantastic night’s sleep, the room was really comfortable and nicely furnished. Breakfast was delicious. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-looked after. Trevor was friendly and charming. Highly recommended!

   A brilliant B&B. Having stayed in hotels for many years, this B&B was booked as I was attending a wedding nearby. It has changed my mind on staying in B&B again. Trevor the owner and host was terrific, even when he tried to pull my leg with terrible jokes! Fabulous old building with LOTS of character. Spotlessly clean, lovely and warm. Amazing breakfast and a host who couldn't do enough for you. Lots of nice touches.... just going the extra mile. As a solo women, I felt very safe. I highly recommend.

   What a find!! We only stayed the one night however, we hope to return and stay longer and explore the area. Our room was lovely, clean, tidy, well decorated and with the river right by our window a relaxing sound before falling asleep. With the kitchen area on display it was nice to see where your breakfast was prepared. The breakfast choice was varied and expertly cooked. Decor throughout was tasteful for type and age of the building. Trevor, the owner, was so polite and had a great sense of humour, he was a right laugh. A real gem of a find is Over the Bridge. Highly recommend!!

   Our kid and myself stayed overnight as we were attending a mates gig in Todmorden. We had a warm and inviting welcome on our arrival by our host. The room was lovely and well kitted out. Though I didn't use it there is a tin on the window ledge which contains a small tube of toothpaste, plasters and a razor amongst other small necessities one might forget to pack. However the two standouts were the bed which has to be the most comfiest one I've slept in away from home and the fact that the River Ryburn flowed outside my room, I found this so conducive to a good nights sleep. The breakfast next morning was delicious with ample coffee (a must for myself), toast and an excellent English breakfast (of which you can choose what to have). I would book again without hesitation the next time I'm out this way.

   This place is a hidden Gem. Absolutely out of this world. As soon as we walked in it smelt gorgeous. Our room with sitting room and walk in shower was just beautiful. Spotlessly clean. Gorgeously decorated with quirky pictures and ornaments. Just love the attention to detail. Our host Bev was just amazing from meeting and greeting and to us leaving. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We had english breakfast and it was very clean eating. Just perfect. We loved this place and I personally wanted to move in. Thank you. 100 % highly recommend staying here. Just gorgeous. Xx

   Stayed here for 2 nights for my daughters wedding. What a beautiful house the rooms are gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The beds are so comfy, myhubby said it is the most comfy bed hes slept in. Attention to detail is everywhere. There is a kettle in the room with different teas, coffee, chocolate & yummy biscuits which were replenished. Fluffy towels are provided & there was a chocolate each when we arrived. In the bath room there are soaps, disposable shower caps & little vanity packs with cotton buds, cotten pads & nail file in it. The breakfast was plentiful & delicious & fresh. Trevor the host is so lovely, even before we arrived he was so helpful, he was so friendly & attentive. He allowed the makeup artist to arrive at 6 in the morning & kept her topped up with tea all morning & also offered her breakfast. The mother of the groom was staying in a pub across the bridge & wouldn't have had breakfast this wasn't a bother to Trevor he was happy to cook her a full English. Trevor also called us a cab to the venu. Oh & there is Dexter the dog of the house he's gorgeous & so friendly. I would highly recommend a stay here & we will be coming back sooner rather than later. Thank you Trevor for such a lovely relaxing fee days

   Warm friendly greeting by Trevor at check in and he also contacted me prior to coming as I had only booked the day before arrival. Room lovely and clean, warm and comfy. Good quality towels and bedding. Loo with a view :-) Lovely breakfast, plenty of choice. Had a lovely chat with Trevor and Guy. Would definitely recommend
