Purchase from Sofology has turned out to be a nightmare! We were promised delivery before Christmas delivery that’s the reason we went for the Sofology Coventry branch, trusting them to do what they’ve promised however due to reasons only known to them we were told that our sofas will be delivered to address that we no longer live at. The current address was given during the purchase!! We’ve been trying to get hold of customer services and despite several phone calls, emails etc we are nowhere close to the resolution of the situation! I feel sorry I chose Sofology for my furniture. We as a family are so disappointed that we are being put through so much stress during this festive season. Sofology has put us in a situation where we will have no seating to offer to our friends and family who will be visiting us for Christmas. Cordelia leather is of the poorest quality stained, wrinkled and seats have sunk in less than 12 months. Sofology sent out an engineer who said " This is to be expected if you sit on the sofas" Absolute rubbish don't waste your money.
Great experience. Went here after going to another Sofology store, just to get a second view of a sofa we were interested in. After finding it we sat and discussed, before Dav came over and had a chat with us about it. We were torn between a single and foot stall or a double, to which Dav provided useful information to help us decide. He was very helpful and gave us time to talk and to make a decision. Would definitely recommend and thank you to Dav for the help.
