   I complete echo the sentiment of the lower star reviews. Horrendous customer service, and what’s worse, poorly made furniture not fit for its purpose. We purchased a 2 drawer bathroom unit for 2 floating sinks to go on. All professionally installed. The first issue we had was the drawers wouldn’t close as the runner system was not aligned correctly. Fortunately we had builders on the job who were able to correct it. Next issue we had was that the over priced work top started discolouring and will no doubt rot as per the attached picture. Customer service said the damage was essentially our fault and wouldn’t replace the top, and after several emails back and forward with our kitchen supplier offered a token discount for another worktop which we declined, as we would never purchase another item from this company. I can’t fathom how anyone else would if they had our experience

   Purchased a Burbidge painted kitchen 7 yrs ago.Please note that when you purchase a painted kitchen they supply you with a wax type crayon and a pen of paint for touch ups. The paint does not even match the paint on the drawers so it is of little use. Recently, the paint was starting to peel off so I contacted their customer service for advice. The lady was exceptionally rude. Accused me of having water dripping down the drawer and a steamy kitchen. When I asked to speak to her manager she laughed down the phone and cut me off! Avoid this company, there appears to be no back up support to their products and neither do they want to help their customers. From what I have experienced they do not value their customers, customer service only wants to get rid of you they are not interested in helping to resolve problems. I am now of the opinion that their products are expensive for substandard quality. A B&Q kitchen would have lasted longer!

   Very pleased with the look of the kitchen, unfortunately they have been unable to march the colours on the cornice with the units. Despite all the parts being ordered together and nothing special about the colour they have managed to continually mismatch the colours. At one point we had three different shades in the cupboards, cornice and pilaster. We managed to get the right colour on the pilaster but after three attempts the cornice is still wrong. Unfirtunately we don’t seem able to get their customer service to want to remedy the problem. For the price we have paid it has been a disappointing experience to say the least.
