   Waited over a week for inhalers. When asked staff how long would they take to arrive. Talk.with a attitude so I have changed pharmacy to a better one would not recommend Thornton boots chemist.

   Very rude and ignorant staff, especially JW, they will not listen to what you are trying to explain to them. Manager of store is also rude and just stares at you, I will not visit this store again. Read the feedback for the store and see how many customers have had a bad experience. I was told by the manager that they have not had any bad feedback for over a year and previous poor feed back was because of previous staff. Well Miss manger here is a poor feedback for you

   You order prescriptions online it’s all electronic so should only take a few minutes wow many many times I’ve still been chasing them for a week . Now I order online either last thing at night or very 1st thing A different chemist and lo and behold I get it delivered the VERY SAME DAY and they come from the other side of Bradford. Even now both my parents and my youngest daughter get there’s from the same one , Boots chemist went down the pan yrs ago

   Prescriptions never ready on time, staff couldn’t seem less interested, never answer the phone, a very poor pharmacy I’ve never known anything like it! In my opinion it needs to be closed down!

   Very poor chemist, if you have all the time in the world and loads of patience and don’t mind having to keep going back week after week as they don’t keep the stock (that all other chemists have) then this the chemist for you.

   Attended the chemist yesterday to purchase eye ointment. Poor customer service from Yasmin , when I advised that I had used Optrix and Naproxil drops already with no relife, and just wanted to purchase the ointment which I have purchased before. She refused to sell this to me I ended up driving back to my normal pharmacy in Denholme and purchasing this item there. This took an additional 30 minutes out of my working day. They never answer their phone I called 8 times to get the details of the individual I dealt with so i could raise a complaint with boots the phone just rang continually. On two occasions it was answered and then the call was dropped straight away by their side. Absolutely appaling service. It would seem from other reviews the phone is a constant issue with this chemist. I would expect more from Boots and have raised a complaint with thenjoyed directly. I will never use this chemist again
