   Absolutely awful pharmacy! After waiting four days for delivery (I'm disabled), I asked if I could go and collect on the Friday, a man had told me that there had been some stock shortage, I asked for whatever they had including antibiotics and pain relief and he said that there was no need to come and collect it as it would get delivered Saturday. All weekend I have had no pain relief and an continued infection, so that means I can't have my biological treatment at the hospital this week or start my injections back up again before the end of this week! It's Monday now at 4.10pm, still no sign of my medication despite calling earlier today. The same person I spoke to, didn't even seem to know that they had received a prescription for antibiotics a week ago?! One star is for the usual delivery driver because she's lovely and helpful, but the actual pharmacy and it's staff are an absolute farce! It's not the first time I've had issues with this pharmacy, do they not seem to realise that some people need medication just to barely function, it's ridiculous!!

   Just a constant let down from start to finish. last straw yesterday was promised delivery by 3pm rang back at 415pm was told meds out for delivery. It never arrived. I had to go collect from the pharmacy this morning low and behold they were still on the shelf. They will say anything to get you of the phone if the even bother to answer

   Usman has been very good , polite kind and helpful to customers . He knows most of the customers manes off head. Immediately he sees you he will attend to without you writing anything down. He is got too much customer service skills.

   The staff at The Ridge Pharmacy always go that extra yard nothing is too much trouble to help . They are courteous very knowledgeable of products answer all questions asked always greeted with smile as soon as you enter Pharmacy a truly 5 star service thank you all .

   Had the most rudest and vilest convo over phone with Ussi who clearly lacks professionalism and basic manners, chased up a prescription of which he took no accountability for and tried gaslighting me and when that didn't work blamed it on the poor lass called Ebony at the practice! Not forgetting he ended the call with telling me ‘im chatting shit’…. After reading others reviews avoid this pharmacy if you do not want to be verbally abused by Ussi!!!

   What the Hell!! They don't value your time. All staff stood in back talking and asked how long for my prescription after half an hour then got reply "they're printing it now". If hadn't asked God knows how long would be sat there. It wasn't as if they were busy, only one other customer in. Absolutely Ridiculous!

   Please avoid this pharmacy at all costs.took my sons prescription to ages to get the items and then told we owe you come tomorrow it will be ready rang to see if the items were ready or not was told they only owe item and even that was the wrong size when clearly they owed 2 items spoke to the guy in charge he was so rude and told me to be quiet and not shout when I clearly was not shouting put me on hold and told me he won't deal with me and his colleague would talk to me and then put the phone down know I have to wait another day to get the medicine if you can't deal with people with respect don't work absolute idiots working there won't be using these idiots ever again

   Omg the staff are absolutely rude and miserable. They make u wait at the counter for ages and walk past u like your a ghost! When u purchase something they have no manners, no thank you or no please. They not caring at all. Made me wait ages for my medication. I wasn't the only one being ignored. They so unprofessional. No one smiles. Please bring some decent staff in who will help patients! This is not the first time either. Also they leave their phone on engaged so u can't get threw to them!

   Was promised a work pattern which I thought was great as this was a new job opportunity On arrival it was made apparent to me the staff had a clear lack of responsibility, no ownership of work and there were multiple risks to patients which I highlighted to staff. This is probably down to the fact that the majority of staff were are all relatively new starters and management weren’t at all concerned! I subsequently raised these issues with the relevant bodies and suggest you do too. As a dispenser and Locum of four years I’ve not seen anything more appalling than this pharmacy, would give zero stars if I could, avoid at all costs! Didn’t go back for a second day of work. Since then I’ve been ignored multiple times when I’ve tried to get in touch, extremely unprofessional is an understatement.

   This pharmacy is a nightmare since it’s been taken over. You never get an answer on the phone so always have to go down to the pharmacy. Lady in grey at the front count is really rude most of the time or on a power trip When ever iv had the pleasure of seeing her. ( get a new job love,if you don’t want to be there) So unprofessional had a number of issues low stock if medication, delivery driver being rude etc. you call they say sorry and it happens all over again. Needs a restructure or a new company to take over as it can’t get any worse. I have raised my issues several times via email and telephone at no avail, I will be attending a more structured pharmacy.
