βI had a very disappointing experience with the pharmacist. I discreetly asked for some medication , but the pharmacist responded rudely, When I asked for an explanation, she simply said it wasnβt necessary. I then asked if she was refusing my request, and she confirmed that she was. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, reflecting very poor customer service.β

I have recently moved to Curries Pharmacy from other local chemists and have found It's important to have a good experience at your local pharmacy, as this is where you go to get the medications and other healthcare products you need where the staff are helpful and knowledgeable, it can make a big difference in your overall experience. And, when the store is well-organised has lots of products on view along with ample parking, it makes it easier to get the medications you need and get on your way. Well done Curries Staff, I will go nowhereβs else

Switching to this chemist as my designated pharmacist is the best thing I've done. The staff are all always so friendly, heplful, and take their time with every customer. They're always happy to give advice and even phoned my GP surgery a few times to check prescriptions for me. Honestly couldn't ask for a better sevice and a friendlier bunch of people!

I have just been to your pharmacy this morning, approx 11.30, to purchase som Co-Codamol. I am registered disabled due to Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Extra Venticular Tachycardia. I am mask exempt and carry all relevant proof, inc my PIP award. Upon entering your pharmacy I was dealt with quite aggressively by 2 of your assistants regarding wearing a mask. Despite providing evidence of my exemption, which they seemed to care very little about, I was ordered to leave the chemist and wait outside to be served. This is the first, and last time I have used your pharmacy, and only did because I happened to be in Wyke. I have never experienced this level of treatment from any other pharmacy, even after July 19th. I am very angry and deeply dismayed at the extremely rude and aggressive way in which I was dealt with. I firmly believe that both members of staff have acted in contravention of the Equality Act of 2010, formerly the Disability Discrimination Act of 1995 and 2005 and as such will be seeking advice on this. I feel your staff are in great need of extra training on how to speak to people, the Equality Act and in general some basic professional manners. Looking at some previous reviews this obviously isnt an isolated incident either where somebody has been on the receiving end of rude behaviour from your staff. This is a serious complaint and fully intend to seek advice and potentially take it further.

Generally had good experiences over the years but recently these have declined. Found some staff very rude recently, bordering on dismissive. As a healthcare worker, I understand that things can be very stressful (especially in the current climate) but thereβs never an excuse for rudeness when someone needs your help. Becoming reluctant to use this chemist. Also, workers leaving 5 star reviews? Misleading.

Friendly and discreet service and staff who whether you're a regular or new customer your visit will be great. Separate consultation room if a more private talk is needed, flu jabs available as well as a wide range of toiletries/make up at great prices. Definitely my choice of pharmacy near or far
