   What a rude ignorant server on counter today. Not the first time this indignant uppity woman has made me want to walk out of a pharmacy . She needs table manners and customer service skills . Not the basil fawlty approach to dealing with someone who simply asks for an over counter painkiller.

   This boots chemist is rubbish. The turn around for repeat meds ready is such a long time. Its very rare if they pick up the phone when you call. I would give them zero if I could. Will be complaining to head office

   My original post has disappeared !! This small Boots run store is mainly for the Rawdon surgery which is next door . Located on A65 there is one way in and out . A small car park , plus one disabled parking space in front of GP surgery.Its Disabled accessible which benefits myself and worth the extra distance I have to travel . There are dropped kerbs nearby and there is a help button on the shop doorframe . The door opens inward and the floor is flat and level .Access to counter is easy too and all the stock in the shop is fitted by shelving to the inside of the outer walls . This leaves the central area free and there are a few seats for people waiting
