   Had a Covid jab appointment today (via NHS App) and arrived in plenty of time to be told we have run out of vaccines. Nothing more, no apologies, so I asked why they didn’t use NHS App to cancel and save me a pointless journey, I received no response. The lack of common courtesy at this pharmacy is appalling. Is the word sorry so difficult to say?

   Booked a flu shot only to be told they had run out when I arrived, and that I may not receive a refund for 10 days. The bare minimum should be to ring and advise this is the case, but instead I wasted a trip.

   The girl with the glasses behind the counter was so rude If one of my staff members spoke to a customer how she spoke to me I would sack her instantly she had attitude, so unhelpful all the staff there need to learn about how to treat customers and how to talk respectful to members of the Public !! Its like a tape recorder when you go for your prescription all they say is that its at the hub !!! I was sick of hearing it .

   Rude staff and pharmacist. Made to feel really awkward about if they offered any treatment for ingrown toenails which I got a rude 'no' response. I then asked if the pharmacist could take a look as I had had a sore toe for a few days and her response was 'yeah if you want'. I then stood there and felt incredibly embarrassed and uncomfortable. She then asked me to sit on a chair in the middle of the store to show her. Nothing but miserable and unpleasant service. She told me I needed to see a doctor so I left feeling more anxious. Do not visit this place.

   Appalling customer service today 19/12/22 at 16:00 approx After providing the lady behind the counter multiple reasons for requiring pain relief medication: Dental pain Dental infection Literally just left the dentist next door Proof of treatment with receipt Offer to view the tooth extraction itself I was denied my request and refused service while being accused of “getting cocky” Totally unprovoked, unprofessional and wholly inappropriate behaviour from a customer service based service. Such a shame since it says NHS above the door which frankly swayed my decision to choosing this pharmacy in the first place. So from now on AVOID AVOID AVOID I then went up street to the Lloyds and was served by a kind, warm lady and not interrogated.

   AVOID THIS PHARMACY! The rudest staff member dealt with my wife today who was trying to pick up her prescription. The lady behind the counter couldn’t have cared less, made my wife feel very unimportant and overall couldn’t have cared less. Save yourself some trouble and upset, avoid and use another pharmacy.

   If you don't mind being accused of being a liar, being rudely spoken about when they believe you have left the premises; then this is the chemist for you. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from members of staff. When confronted about the vile comment he made about me the pharmacist insisted he was talking about somebody else (which is still just as bad). I have used this chemist for many years and now have decided to take to going elsewhere as should everybody else.

   Always found them effective and helpful. They have been consistently polite and offered good advice and support. Medicines effectively dispensed and delivered on time. This is based on their performance over several years during a period whilst I was a carer relying on their services on a regular basis.
