I cannot recommend Voo in Pyrford enough. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and competent, Cristina and Jazz always go above and beyond. We have had lots of different issues with our lovely 3 year old Frenchie Oscar and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take such good care of him.
I’ve been using Voo vets for over 4 years. Mostly Pyrford but also Ripley, Cobham and Surbiton. All the staff have been very supportive, kind and conscientious. We are so happy Cristina joined the team and is the main vet at Pyrford. She not only is highly professional and skilled in practice like all of the vets at Voo but she has genuine warmth and kindness towards our dog Alfie. He loves to visit her and all the staff at Pryford for cuddles.
Unfortunately my poor Casper has had a few health issues since we got him as a 6 month old. He has had numerous visits to Pyrford and has been admitted to the Surbiton hospital twice as well. We have found that Casper has always received fantastic care and attention. My husband has been taking him for regular checks during a current period of FIP. He has found attending and making appointments easy. This makes such a difference even though it should be such a simple thing. I know with my GP it is so difficult to book an appointment, let alone attending one! Also, I have no problems with my insurance. Jasmine simply puts the claims through for me! I don’t have to faff about with PetPlan myself. This makes life so much easier when you’re already going through such a worrying time. Thanks Voo !
The care and love my cat receives at Voo Vets in Pyrford , is extraordinary. He was very ill in December, but they got him right. In March he had an operation which went very well. I was especially impressed by the tiny stitches done by Vet Christina. Thank you Christina for your constant care of Bingo and to Receptionist Justine for always being so kind and helpful to me and my cat. I am so glad I moved Bingo to Voo in Pyrford.
Wonderful vets, attentive, professional, knowledgeable and easily accessible. Lovely offices and gave Albert and Diesel all the necessary medical care they needed . Diesel just needed a check up and his yearly vaccinations… Albert had his vaccinations and received antibiotics and a cone to heal his eye infection
Don’t not take your pets here, they don’t care!!!! Took my 12 week old puppy to Voo Vets in Pryford for vaccinations and also got some worming treatment for her. I was told to give her an amount for 3 days for the course, after 2 days I’d run out of the paste and thought I done something wrong so checked the enclosed instructions and was horrified to read, that the vet had told me to give her the adult dose instead of the puppy dose. I rang the out of hours number and eventually talk to a vet from Surbiton who asked me lots of questions, told me to keep an eye on her and if I had any concerns I could ring them and take her in, they also said they would call the next day to check on her (Sunday) they did early evening, checked again to see how she was doing and said they vet from Pryford would call Monday. She called Monday morning and asked how she was and said if I had any concerns to call them back. I asked if that was it and she said yes, so I said so no apology? Well there was no danger to her and she’ll be fine! I replied well if that’s it I won’t be using you again she replied yes that’s fine, it’s up to you!!! So no apology or anything. I would not recommend these vet to anyone who cares about the pet, totally unprofessional and no remorse or anything.
I took my kitten to be neutered here, A lovely clean ,friendly vets .My first time using this vets and was so impressed I'm going to be changing my vets to this one ASAP. I had to pop in on the Monday after my kittens appointment and the lady I spoke to was very helpful answered all my questions on there practice and that's what made me decide to change my vets a small but very efficient veterinary practice.
We were very impressed with how our 10-year old Lab, Benji, was looked after when he had to have some rotten teeth removed. David and Jess, in the Pyrford branch, treatment was exemplary and, as a result, Benji coped well with having the general anaesthetic and the dental extraction. Thanks Voo
When we recently had to say goodbye to our beautiful dog Peggy, we wanted it to happen at home, in a calm relaxed atmosphere, surrounded by her toys and the things she loved. David (vet) and Tenille (nurse) helped us to make this happen. They were so very kind, gentle and above all respectful to both our girl and to us. She passed in my arms, on her sofa. The wonderful way in which they helped us has given us much comfort during the past few weeks and we cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend this practice.
A personal touch is just what your pets need. Kind, loving, highly knowledgeable vets. I highly recommend.
