You can see how relaxed Bell Cat is after her examination and she doesn’t run away when she sees her carry crate come out of the garage ready for her next visit. The reception staff are also patient and kind which helps immensely when you’re anxiously waiting to be seen. They can also give guidance in regards to wildlife. An all round GREAT Vet!”

“We've used Heron Vetinary/Medivet Morden for many years. They've always been very helpful and supportive, providing advice and reassurance. They have health packages available to help cover the cost of care for your fur family. When ours have had to cross the rainbow bridge, they show empathy and send bereavement gifts. They have also provided a grace period for payment. It can be expensive, but most vets are and they will explain all costs beforehand.”

I have been updated on my dog's tests results and reassured over the phone and in person, allowing space to ask and discuss the next steps. Every bit of information given was clear and to the point. I felt my dog was in very good hands. I have alternative vet options closer to my place but I will stick to this practice for as long as they'll have us. Also, might seem trivial but the practice displays a bunch of 'Thank You' cards from their clients and I had never seen anything like this, showing as much love for a team. “Absolutely amazing care & brilliant staff, the whole team from reception staff, nurses, vets and everyone else that makes this team work so well. We've been using these vets since our dog, Seamus, was a puppy and he's now 8. Most recently he had a teeth clean, we were initially worried about the general anesthetic but the team were so well informed and happy to advise us that it put us totally so at ease so we decided to go ahead with it. The whole process from first booking to the aftercare and updates on the day to was amazing, excellent communication. Our dog ended up needing 4 teeth out and I had 3 calls from a nurse (and one conversation with a vet) on the day to keep me informed of his well-being and to explain the need for his treatment. We felt so secure and happy that he was being loved and cared for as a family member. The bill was also a lot less than we had anticipated which I think is another measure of their professionalism and love for animals. In essence, a brilliant professional vets that we are so grateful for and very happy to recommend. 5 stars!”
