“When we first heard that our vet was called Cesar, we had a few laughs about whether he would be as good as Caesar Milan, the famous "Dog Whisperer". Let me just tell you that he was even better! Phoned on Monday morning and got a Tuesday appointment for our poorly lurcher that fitted in perfectly with our own busy timetable. Cesar arrived ahead of time, well stocked with his kit, and was incredibly personable from the start. Our lurcher is elderly and nervous and though he has never shown any aggression to others I did ask Cesar to bring a muzzle as our dog was tender on palpation (we suspected a pulled muscle). True to his word, Cesar brought a selection of muzzles and took his time accustoming our dog to the feel of it before the exam proper even began. There was a lot of love and tenderness in the exam, with plenty of head strokes and reassuring words so that our lovely dog felt completely relaxed in his hands. We even got a free ear clean thrown in (our bad!) The diagnosis was a sprained elbow for which we were given an injection and follow up medicine plus a comprehensive drugs/rehab regime to follow. We never felt rushed as we sometimes do at our (albeit excellent) regular vet, and being in familiar surroundings made this a much better experience all-round for our dog. The price, we felt, was really reasonable, and although we were offered supplements to assist with future joint care, we were in no way pressured to purchase them. In addition, Cesar examined the supplements I had purchased independently prior to his visit to make sure we were administering them correctly (we were!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cesar to anyone who loves their pet and for whom a commute to the vet's surgery is difficult. Obviously, if there's something requiring more extensive examination (X-rays, MRI's, surgery) you'll have to go elsewhere, but otherwise do give them a try. So delighted with the help we got.”

“I was recommended by a friend about this Vets. My pet cat passed and I brought her in to be cremated. I met a lovely lady at the front desk and before I could say anything I bust into tears. The lovely lady who was the vet took me to a room and explained the reason as to why my cat passed. She was so lovely and really listened to what I had to say and really looked after me. “Even though Vets are extremely busy at the moment you never feel rushed when with the vet. I took my 12 week old puppy in for a general check up and the vet was kind and very thorough. I have been with this veterinary practice for 16 months when I bought home my first puppy and they have been brilliant with her too. She has had some digestive problems and a reaction to stitches after an operation, they have always been kind, thoughtful and kept me informed. This happened through lockdown so was a very stressful time but they communicated with me by phone and emails and were amazing.”

“Excellent care and service from this team of knowledgeable vets and nurses. My cats have been going there for 8 years since it first opened. My Tosca suffered from hyperthyroidism and they managed to get her diagnosis correct after I tried two other vets before. She flourished and carried on living another 7 beautiful years until 23. Their in clinic services range from your routine clinical care to acupuncture and access to specialist services such as ophthalmology. All the vets are up to speed on the latest treatment and research which means a lot when you are dealing with geriatric cats. The office and reception team is professional and empathetic. Even during Covid I felt supported in getting the medical needs of my cats met. Yes it is pricy however knowing that my cats are in the best possible care means the world to me and all the prices are communicated clearly beforehand so there are no nasty surprises.”

“I found the staff here friendly and polite. I came here with a appointment so I wasn't a walk in. However they treat everyone here equally and keep you updated as the earlier appointments do run over. Card payment is accepted here I wasn't sure about cash tho. Big waiting area so no issues there. Also the car park is free to use for customers only. Plenty of space and also they have disabled bays.”

“All the staff at the London animal hospital are wonderful and very caring. Unfortunately we had to have our kitten to put to sleep, and they went above and beyond ensuring we knew the risks of trying to treat him and what we could expect.They allowed me to take my time and say goodbye properly, and I know for a fact he was given so much love by everyone there when he had to go. The vets and the veterinary nurses I have seen are an absolute credit to this place. They checked in with us frequently afterwards, which was a lovely touch. They treated the situation with care and respect and I will always always use this veterinary practice. They have also been brilliant with our other cat, and the fact they remember both yours and your pets name when you have to visit makes you feel incredibly welcome. They listen to your grooming requirements and my dog likes going here other groomers we have tried he usually tries toturn round and leave once he realises where he is. No problems here he loves going and he can play with the other dogs in the garden when done. They dont use crates here.”

“Sadly had to have our kitten put to sleep due to a brain disorder meaning he couldn't stand, walk, wasn't eating or drinking and messing on himself. Lady vet we had couldn't have been kinder. Explaining that he probably had more wrong with his brain than we knew of. She treated Archie with kindness and was really patient with us where we were upset. “I have been using vets 4 pets for 15 years now, staff have always been friendly, professional and helpful. Both of my dogs enjoy their visits, today's visit went exceptionally well as Oscar responded well to the vet ( I can't remember her name) and was very relaxed during the consultation. For safety reasons I have to bring a muzzle with me in case he becomes scared or is in pain but today he remained calm throughout , he really liked the vet , she was excellent with him and I will definitely be asking if Oscar is able to see her for future appointments.”
