   It was time ago but unfortunately we had a bad experience. I was repeated called at work to say my dog was being a nuisance. But when sent videos I could see the place was over packed with unsupervised dogs of all ages and sizes. When we picked up my dog he had been attacked he had k9 holes in his face which were not attended to and had become infected. He was scared and upset, the owner was drunk and said she was happy he been attacked as he kept following an other dog around all day which is a completely irrational response. It was their job to deal with this situation so it didn’t escalate unfortunately I just don’t think the knowledge is there to take care of dogs properly I would never recommend.

   We've used Clockhouse for overnight care before, which Ted has always loved. We used Amanda's grooming service last week for the first time and oh my god, what an amazing job! He was well clipped and cleaned and came out very happy with his velvety-feel coat. Definitely recommend.

   This woman is completely ignorant about large breeds. She was rude on the phone and laughed in my face. She clearly does not understand dogs and not willing to even educate herself. I would not recommend using her ever!

   Picked our cocker spaniel up this afternoon following his groom! He looks like a new puppy and smells amazing! Absolutely love clockhouse groomers, family run, professional and friendly. We take our pup there for both grooming and boarding and wouldn’t go anywhere else, always had positive experience would definitely recommend them!

   A great place for your beloved pet to stay while you are away, and want your pet groomed too. The couple that run it know a lot about dogs, they look after them very well, exercise them and feed them, and have a lovely home and huge garden, my dog loves her time there. I can recommend this place for day care and grooming.

   Friendly and efficient service. They listen to your grooming requirements and my dog likes going here other groomers we have tried he usually tries toturn round and leave once he realises where he is. No problems here he loves going and he can play with the other dogs in the garden when done. They dont use crates here.
