Arrived at hotel checked in. Christmas decorations still up then went into hotel room. It stank and I heaved stank like mould. The room wasn’t even worth the cheap price. Bathroom disgusting, and I ended up walking out leaving key on reception. Never again! I suggest avoid!!!!

Do not book at this Hotel, unless you like lukewarm shower's, Our room was not even clean. Bedside lamp broken. Shower door replaced with shower curtain.

The rooms were dirty. Broken lamps. Exposed wires within the lift in which my 2 year old nearly touched. My 2 year old also found a screw and raw plug which had come out of our mirror on the floor. My 2 kids were covered in bits as were I after sitting on the floor. We were on the 4th floor and our window wouldn't shut. Which is extremely dangerous. And very cold at night. Out door wouldn't lock at night the deadlock seemed broken from the inside. My friend who was staying in another room also had broken objects. And found an aunt toy under her dresser when she dropped the remote. She also was staying with a 9 year old. Which shows the rooms weren't cleaned. The shower/ bath facilities were both dirty and broken. Its a shame really as the hotel is in a good location. But really needs some work doing within.

The location is perfect, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. We arrived early so asked if it would be okay to check in early we was told no, fine fair enough we was early. Arrived in our room, very basic and run down. Found long black hairs on the carpets and in the single bed. Only one window would open as the other window was broken, the toilet and shower visibly needed a clean and mould above the shower. The mattresses on both beds were comfortable but the pillows very flat and couldn’t find any staff to request extra pillows. Woke up next morning to no water coming out the taps at all which isn’t ideal when you are travelling with a child, went out at 8am came back around 3pm thankfully the water was back on but now had no electricity. Went to find a member of staff to find out why we have no electricity to be told they don’t know when it would be fixed. Went back out at 4pm got back around 6/630pm still no electricity couldn’t find any staff again so I called ZN who run the hotel the lady was brilliant very understanding and kind within 2 minutes of calling all electricity was restored (this lady doesn’t not work at the hotel they had to contact the hotel on my behalf) which makes me think they turned off the electricity to save money which I seen other people complain about on other reviews also but silly me didn’t think to read this reviews before booking so it’s my own fault really. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel if staying with children. Wouldn’t stay again.

Rooms are small thin walls . We stayed in double room with sea view and balcony but balcony can be accessed from lounge by other guests so no privacy needs to be sectioned off as other guests can come up to you window from balcony dog friendly which is good . Needs updating but owners said should be done later this year . There is parking outside but be ready to have calls to move your car as you are blocking people in or put of spaces as the parking is double rowed not great when you don't want to get disturbed .states there is a bar but wasn't available on our stay maybe a nice hotel after refurbishment

Done a Mon-Fri. Staff polite and helpful, nothing was a problem. All meals were tasty and served hot. Entertainment was good. Although Hotel could do with a spruce up. Overall value for money.

Family holiday in a hotel that's not family friendly. Other than the location, this place is poor. Windows have no safety catches, so at low level children can easily fall out the windows. No form of ventilation in the building when it's hot. Rigid food times, poor menus, Non existent staff. And parking is a joke. As staff from other hotels use the spaces and the staff are quite happy about it. Shower cubicles are very tight and shower rails are so flimsy and high that you need to be 6fy tall to reach them. Bedrooms overcrowded with unnecessary furniture. If I could give it '0' stars I would.

Have just returned from a 4 night stay with my dog. I couldn't fault the room. The staff were all friendly and the food lovely. Excellent value for money. Will certainly visit again.

We were told our room had been changed from a double to a family room. We arrived at the hotel to find Lorraine busy and she did not tell us they were unable to change the room. I found this out after I had paid and went up to the room. During the stay on our first evening we were stood by the elevator next to reception and we could hear the staff swearing in the kitchen as someone had returned there food. We were also allocated a room next to the lift we we did not get any sleep. The hotel is no longer family run as it suggests on there website it was taken over on the 01/07/22 and the new owner does not care about any issues you have, he even thinks it is acceptable for staff to swear around the hotel. Further more is hotel should not be classified as family friendly and if you have any issues during your stay they will be ignored as long as you have paid. The new owner tells his staff to ignore them! Stay elsewhere if you have kids.
