   The only reason im giving more than one star is because not all the pharmacy are bad people, most though pretend to care for you then stab you in the back, I'm so glad I'll never go again! Never looking back on this, and doctors next door, they are the bigger problem here.

   Having called ahead to purchase a treatment shampoo, the pharmacist advised me you can not purchase this product without a prescription, I have just bought it in Tesco, the managers attitude was appalling she could clearly see I was distressed and needed help and didn't offer any, perhaps a career in a less customer focused area would suit this woman better

   I recently had a sore throat test. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The test was carried out quickly and a prescription given. Will definitely return and recommend them.

   I've had months on end of issues with this pharmacy, from losing prescriptions, never being able to get stock in, to one staff member saying they can help you and then another advises they can't, no regard for the mistakes of their colleagues and the position it puts you in. The attitude on their staff is atrocious. Total waste of time and an added stress that's not needed. Will no longer be using this pharmacy as its not fit for purpose.

   Started to use lovely pharmacist but counter staff rude probably due to lack of training counter staff lied to my wife made out she had made a mistake luckily i had over heard so blatant very sad pharmacy would be very handy pharmacist is very good but ruined by staff who don't care

   They really helped me today with an emergency. The lady on the phone was so kind and lovely to me. Understood mental health. She was like an earth angel!!!! Wonderful kind soul! Thank you! I would give 10 stars if I could!

   Lovley pharmacy staff, during the start of the pandemic it was one of the few places me and my baby boy had been and the staff would (and still do) make his day by giving him a wave and playing beekaboo over the counter. They will sort out repeat prescriptions for you via email and will answer any questions in person or over the phone. The pharmacy itself has a good supply of essentials like bin bags, cleaning products and masks at a really good price. It's the staff that make it a great place to visit though.
