   Wow, I've changed to here as I'm fed up of waiting 40+ minutes every month to collect a prescription from Bogels at the Surgery. Now, I get a text saying its ready to collect, I walk in, say my name and walk out with my med's in less than a minute. Why, oh why didn't I do this years ago. I'd say to everyone move from Bogals but then this place would be to busy, so dont...lol

   Put prescription in Thursday morning promised be in by 12pm next day phoned next day told hadn't been ordered won't be in till Monday this antibiotic for 93 year old woman doctor wanted her to take straight away which they were told day before

   Very rude member of staff. Most are very nice and helpful. After collecting a prescription I asked if she could check to see if the new medication was in there. To which she responded I don't know I don't know what it's called. I asked if I could check on the prescription to find out the name. She gave me the prescription and then walked away and continued to something else. After waiting a few minutes for her to return I walked out. Very unhelpful and bad attitude.

   It does not matter when you take prescription in as they will make you wait just the same i watched a lady come in for ensure drink 14 minutes for her that's after waiting to be served staff are totally uncaring no rush for them half items not available again it's ridiculous pharmacist is brilliant but only as good as his staff one rotten apple spoils the barrel more than one here i have tried others much better but i came back ? Very disappointed yet again
