   26/11/25 Updated I went back for a 2nd clean which was free as my left ear needed extra softening of the wax. This time that ear was also cleaned out thoroughly and a little more from the right ear. Once again a great attentive service from Hywel and thorough explanations plus showing videos of the inner ear before and after. Nothing was too much trouble. So much so We discussed my sinus issue and as a trained pharmacist he prescribed a different spray for me. The other pharmacist Tom who is the owner is also very friendly and helpful. Great to see younger people running a very modern and creative business. 19/11/25-Excellent service from Hywel when it came to cleaning out my earwax with suction. Not a quick task and tried for an hour to complete the task. £80 for both ears a reasonable charge. I will need to attend again after more drops to help soften the inner wax. It was amazing how much came out of one ear as per the photo and this was with no real symptoms at all and regular cleaning. The only reason I knew I had an issue was after a free audio check up, when they told me I would be better of cleaning them first Top service to date from Hywel.
