   I have left some negative feedback about this place before it was so bad I started going elsewhere. Have to say since the new owners have taken over it has improved beyond belief!! Now organised, quick and much better quality of service with 95% less mistakes made and stuff being out of stock. Well done to all the team there for turning a once dreadful shambles into a respectable business that provides a great service.

   Whereas you would wait hours or be told to come back elsewhere, this pharmacy do everything they can to help in a timely fashion. The pharmacist does everything she can to help with the common ailments scheme and having a prescriber in the pharmacy is life saving when the surgery can’t see you for an appointment. People in the local area don’t realise how lucky they are. Great team that always do their best and move mountains for patients.

   I was warned about this pharmacy, but oh my God the incompetency is ridiculous. Young guy behind the counter tells every single person that has them a prescription there’s gonna be a 5 or 10 minute wait …. After 35 minutes, I asked for an update to be told sorry we need to order in! Whilst I was waiting, a lady had brought a box of chocolates in for speaking to them badly - Clearly, a lot of irritated patience! Not very helpful, not very friendly and filthy dirty inside Have some pride !!! Avoid at all cost and go to boots around The Corner much better

   Visited today to get some advice with a minor ailment. Lady on the till asked if she could help and I explained my issue and what I already had tried. Through liaison with Sirah, the pharmacist, I was able to get a prescription for my issue and avoid an unnecessary doctor's appointment as self treatment was not working. Everyone was really helpful and customer centric. I was able to get my issue sorted so quickly and efficiently. Well done to everyone in the team today, you were awesome.

   Rude staff, looonnngggg waits…the pharmacist mis-diagnosed my issue so I ended up waiting another 3 weeks for proper help from a doctor, they all stand around chatting while the queue is huge, no urgency and treat you like you’re an inconvenience to them!

   I went in for help from the pharmacist but he wouldn’t see me as he was “too busy”! Considering the adverts on tv saying not to go to the doctor and asking your pharmacist for help, it’s a joke… I’ll use a different pharmacy from now on as my health isn’t important in this one…. I’ll be making a compliant to the public health ombudsman for Wales…
