   Never had an issue with this pharmacy. Sorted out issues when my GP sent my prescription to the nearby partner pharmacy instead of them. Almost always have my ADHD meds in when I need them, and if not can look up to see if partner pharmacy does.

   Unlike the other pharmacies in the area, Clifton are reliable, friendly, and always helpful, and seem to be able to source the full quantity of meds that I need for my repeats (Roathwell Surgery gave them out in dribs & drabs, ‘we’re waiting for a delivery’, &c). One of my health issues is mental, and knowing that I can rely on my meds being available in the full quantities when I need them is very reassuring!

   My gp surgery has a history of mucking up my prescription and I cannot go for ONE DAY without it. Somehow things always seem to go like this: Me: [calls gp surgery get told they won’t help me for two weeks]. [Calls City pharmacy, awaits callback] City pharm: So we spoke to your gp and got them to fulfill it in 24 hours. They are busy as duck and yet still actually help their clients.

   Found useless kept trying to send me to Asda even after I told her I had tried but she was insistance I went else were I said can you order I can come back no go to Asda yep I got she likes Asda only tried city as it had such good feedback I am sure Asda should have there feedback would not bother using staff fairly rude and they did not listen I have a duty of care to take this matter further I'll people don't want to travel well out of my own area to be told use Asda the pharmacy was fairly quite yep you guessed all customers were in Asda very disappointing should have known better on arrival I suggested they had good feedback hence my visit staff attitude poor at this point suggested it was incorrect yep I know should have. Gone to asda

   This pharmacy is next door to my doctors surgery so it is very convenient. I use their repeated prescription service and have no complaints, unlike Boots.

   had my RT-PCR test appointment here for an international flight and everything went very smoothly. the staff were nice and accommodating. the place is also neat and comfortable (well decorated too, as pictured). would recommend!
