   I actually choose to travel to this pharmacy rather than use one of the chain pharmacies in the Cardiff area, entirely because the longer journey is worth it - the service here is so good, highly efficient and speedy. No waiting around to be acknowledged, no absurdly inflated waiting times. Just professionalism and excellent service. Chain pharmacies take note!

   I contacted Bassaleg Pharmacy yesterday for some advice and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and kind. I am posting a review because this is not the first time this pharmacy has taken time to help me and to give me advice. Every member of staff I have dealt with has been over and above with the service they have shown, by far the best pharmacy I have had contact with.

   This is the best pharmacy around. Always so helpful and ready to answer any questions you might have about medication. Delivery service is excellent and always deliver when they say they will, delivery men are always pleasant too. Can't fault this pharmacy at all they always do an excellent job.

   Mostly this pharmacy is fine, but they are useless with delivery. Countless times I have ordered medicines for me and my partner, told that the medicine would be delivered, or it's in the van ready for delivery, and it doesn't arrive. Not very helpful when those medicines are anti-depressants..... Not happy, and will consider using another more reliable pharmacy.
