   1st time of calling to this Pharmacy, I had forgotten my medication which was over 300 miles away. I went too this Pharmacy for advice on what to do. They advised me to call my Doctors and ask them to arrange a prescription and they would happily sort the prescription out for me. I called my Dr's and they advised me they couldn't send Prescriptions to Wales and tried to send me on a 3 1/2 hr drive to pick up my medication, which I found purely ridiculous. I explained all this to the caring lady behind the counter who then went and explained my issue to the Pharmacist. The medication I needed was life saving medication. All I can say is that the staff in the Rhoose Pharmacy went completely out of they way to help me. They were kind, caring and so considerate to me. They also arranged the medication for me. These people are a true gem and a valuable asset to Rhoose. Once again, the staff there were amazing all I can say is "Thank you so much, you possibly saved my life. You went above and beyond."    I don’t often have call to use the pharmacy. Having said that when I need it, boy do they deliver on service. I contacted them via their Facebook account, I asked a question, got a reply quickly offering lots of useful and very relevant information. They suggested the common ailments scheme. A few messages later the medication I need is ready for collection. Thank you so much, a local pharmacy that has adapted to offer it’s community a 1st rate service.

   Disgusting and very rude service from a mature woman who thinks she has power to speak to others like they are below her. Today, I stopped for Nurofen plus for a painful abscess on my gums. She asked if I’d used them before. I answered yes however, it would be 3 or 4 months ago because I live in Kingston Upon Thames. For some unknown reason she removed ALL the Nurofen off the shelf behind her - why? Your guess is as good as mine ! Instead of completing the transaction with me she proceeded to check with another person had they a problem with their repeat. Upon entering the pharmacy, the woman asked if she could help me, I immediately inquired whether those standing to the side of me were waiting and that I wasn’t ‘jumping the queue’ - I was assured I was next. Once she passed me the Nurofen, I was then left standing waiting to pay by card however, she rudely proceeded to greet everyone who opened the main door and leave me wondering if I’d insulted her or offended her. By this point I felt intimidated as people had started to look as to why I was not paying and leaving. This extremely tall, rude assistant seems to let power get the better of her. I work for the NHS and find it odd she wears a set of scrubs??? I will be taking this further. I am a 62 year old professional person whom she treated like some drug addict. And, why remove all the Nurofen plus from the shelf. A terrible upsetting experience — I really will not put myself through that again. How can she justify behaviour like that towards customers. Without any customers there would be no job for her. Customer service training most definitely required on this tall, woman in her late 60’s. Imagine if I treated patients in such a rude way……I would be dismissed. Extremely disrespectful and rude, I will NEVER use Rhoose Pharmacy again and advice my colleagues! Definitely Boots from today !
