Don’t go here if you are a girl, the staff don’t care about their safety at all, my friend got raped here and they did nothing to help. the bouncers are vile, shoving people and the staff couldn’t care less if your spiked. As a “gay club” i’m extremely surprised and disappointed.

No longer a safe space for queer people. Expect to get assaulted if you're a female, and expect the staff to do absolutely nothing about it or better yet, it be the staff that ruin your night by being openly hostile. Would feel safer in a straight club now, which is saying something. A shame that it seems that money comes before looking after your clientele.

Absolutely disgusting service, got refused entry because my straight friend (I’m gay) stated he wasn’t gay when they specifically said it was a gay bar. Owner proceeded to use foul language and call us names after purely stating it wasn’t an all inclusive place and that the atmosphere wasn’t worth it if they were going to decline people for simply not being gay and having gay friends. Disgusting and horrible behaviour from all staff involved. Doesn’t deserve a licence, a name or a reputation.

Went last night just before 3, wasn’t allowed in because of my joggers. I know full well this place doesn’t have a dress code. Was told all clubs have dress codes (bollocks) absolutely appalled as all my friends got in and I had to go home. Totally ruined my night and quite frankly the bouncers are an absolute disgrace. I have since checked and I cannot find any evidence of a so called dress code. And mind you there were people there wearing far worse outfits than me (onesie’s, miniskirt and I think I even saw a tutu) absolute disgusted by this completely ruined my night, I’m still so upset over the way I was treated, and frankly a disgrace doesn’t even begin to it to describe it. I want to know why I was clearly discriminated against, for what I have no idea. But your website says “fancy dress encouraged” and like I said I saw far worse.

Overall amazing club but this was the bouncers faults. 3 men followed my 2 friends after a night out and we had just met my 2 friends after being in a different club and these men followed us from the top of queen st to pulse. I told these men multiple times to leave my friends alone as they were uncomfortable and not interested as they both had partners and my friends told me they had been grabbing onto them and not leaving them alone. Got to pulse and I told the bouncers “please do not let these men in, they’ve been following my friends and I and we don’t know them” He then said “why are you smirking”? i had a smirk to ensure my safety incase the bouncers wouldn’t of done anything so the men wouldn’t of targeted us more for getting help n making it seem jokey to them as I was hoping the bouncers could’ve sorted the situation. He then ignored me and didn’t allow us in. I then said “I’m not lying they were following us around, I don’t know these men”. The bouncer said “if you can lie about that god forbid what else you can lie about” I’m not sure what type of accusations you get often but you could tell these men were guilty of their actions as they walked away very quickly. One of my friends was grabbed by the men to walk with them, which the bouncer did not see. And instantly the bouncer decided that I was lying because of it. How can you assume anyone to make such serious accusations especially if you’re not understanding the whole situation. The bouncer then said he’s got sisters to help understand? Surely if you had sisters you’d take the side of the victim? This happened 2/11/24

Took money from My granddaughter who went for her first ever night out with her carer and friends she is a disabled power chair user. Door staff refused her ID she is 19 years old. They were refused their money back back. When she wasn't allowed in

Music is far too loud. I had to change rooms in the leonardo hotel because it was pounding trash music until 3am on a Tuesday night.

This was my favourite nightclub in Cardiff, and yet after giving them my money and business, I get kicked out for coughing. Apparently I ‘spat on the bar’ even though I only coughed a couple of times with my hand over my mouth, and politely asked for ‘a glass of water please’. The bar tender reported me to security for something I didn’t do. I wasn’t even drunk, I’m writing this straight after the incident occurred. These people are on a power trip, kicking people out for no reason. I wouldn’t recommend, very bad customer service EDIT they made it worse, I offered for people to step in front of me at the bar as they had already stepped in front, shouted so they could heard and got kicked out for being ‘aggressive’. I constantly get called this for no reason. The emotional stress I’ve endured from going to this place is not worth it. Rude and physically aggressive security. I definitely won’t be going back

Discrimination at its finest. Certain people are only allowed in. When asked to elaborate apparently they don't have to because it's private land. So much for supporting and LGBDQ community. Absolutely disgusting instructions from the owner (which was what the door staff had told me). I will be taking the matters further for discrimination. I wasn't drunk (I don't drink) was threatened just for asking why. The establishment doesn't really support what it is supposed to stand for.

Bar staff are lovely. Terrible customer service from the door staff. Wanting to hand in lost property of a friend who had already left, so that they could retrieve it. Girl on the door could not care less - very unhelpful as was security. Despite being on crutches for an injury told they couldn’t take it, I would have to go downstairs - with limited mobility due to crutches - to hand it in. Asked if they could take it, looked at me as if I was dirt on their shoe. No alternative offered. No helpful suggestion. Despite being sat in a booth where there was clearly space for it until someone could take it down. No explanation just a stinking attitude. Disgusting customer service. And no, I am not intoxicated.
