The food was excellent, but service was slow despite three staff members serving us. We ordered food and drinks with separate staff, which was unusual. When the food arrived, staff looked confused and admitted they didn’t know which was which, forcing us to identify our meals. The burgers looked identical but had different ingredients, posing a health and allergy risk. At payment, a table guest was double-charged and informed her payment hadn’t gone through; she had to show proof on her phone to finally get a refund. The venue was beautiful and we enjoyed ourselves; but we would have rather been turned away, than be fussed about like that.

Nice to be able to sit outside on a warm summers evening. Bouncers and serving staff were all very nice. Drinks were underwhelming, high price (£12-16 per cocktail) and low quality (very watery). Weird vibe from the crowd there, lots of wannabe type people being weekend millionaires on payday. It was 10pm on a Friday night and they were showing Mrs Brown's Boys on the tv behind the bar?! No idea why haha. There are better places to go in Cardiff.

Visited about a week ago, and here’s the realest review you’ll get without any bias; the place is full of wannabes. The vibe is fake beyond belief—easily the most insincere crowd you’ll ever come across. The staff seem miserable, especially the bar staff, who are nothing short of embarrassing. Honestly, I’ve had better customer service at a chain pub. The shishas are trash—barely last as long as they should for what you’re paying. Props to the bouncers, though—they’re the only professional and friendly people here. The crowd? All show, no substance. A bunch of people pretending they’re important when they’re probably clocking into a 9-to-5 in retail. It’s laughable. Food’s fine; you get what you pay for. Drinks are decent too, but the bartenders? Let’s just say customer service isn’t their strong suit. Cracking a smile shouldn’t be rocket science, but apparently, it is here. Whoever manages this place should seriously reconsider the bar staff lineup. Decent music and an okay vibe overall, but if you’re here for shisha or good service, skip it.

Pricey. But Worth it. All The Staff are 12 out of 10. Absolutely Brilliant. Polite and Friendly. Definitely coming Back. Never Disappoints. Great Cocktails.

From arriving to ensuring I had table service and a safe exit from the venue, the bouncer Maz was absolutely brilliant! He helped get my group and I seated very quickly and ensured we were well taken care of. Definitely an experienced individual in being a door staff with excellent people and communication skills! Can't commend Maziar anymore and thank him for making my experience so positive!

Went here yesterday… spoke to Steven the events manager who organised a nice booth for me… the place has a nice feel and the bar staff and waitresses are very attentive and go around checking if you want a drink and it’s all table service…. Shame the manager on late evening doesn’t have stevens customer service skill or communication quality’s… but hey ho. Good night had by all… Thank you Steve for organising for me… If your looking for a good night out with a good atmosphere, you can’t go wrong with this place…
