   A simply vile establishment with staff that need serious training. Countless occasions they have missed vital medication from my repeat prescriptions despite me ticking the box to order all medications every single time. Each and every time they try to blame me for not ticking the boxes. Now, they have messed up my infant son's medication twice, firstly by losing the repeat prescription slip, and when asked to urgently put an order through again, upon the date they said i could collect it, they are now claiming they have no record of it at all and are putting full blame on the GP surgery (who have done everything correctly and therefore cannot help to put the pharmacies mistakes right). I was on the verge of tears explaining this to the woman who answered the phone, who near enough laughed at me and said its not her problem. I am simply in disbelief. Avoid this place at all costs!

   Visited today. Only person waiting when I arrived. 5 people behind counter and not one person acknowledged I was waiting. Because I am polite I quietly waited however a customer eventually waiting behind me was very vocal about the lack of customer service. A great local facility however improvements need to be made.

   This pharmacy needs significant improvement, customer service is awful with staff often flippant and unhelpful particularly when things go wrong which is frequent. When prescriptions are messed up or not available at the required time they are unhelpful and point blame at anyone they can, usually the gp surgery, your central processing facility or the customer. Prescription medication is often critical and needs to be available accurately and timely and when things go wrong what’s needed is rapid analysis of the issue, notice of what’s being done to resolve it and when that will be done. There needs to be management intervention to improve performance and customer service.

   Had our Flu injection on 22 September. We ordered our medication early due to holidays told it be ready on 30th September. Telephoned not ready .Told it would be ready on 3rd October just telephoned still not ready. Flying out this afternoon with no medication . What on earth has gone wrong with this pharmacy

   My mother walked down to the chemist at great effort, being disabled, waited in a queue for half an hour behind 12 other people. A member of staff then came out and abruptly informed everyone that there would be no more prescriptions issued for another hour. My mother was then left without an important part of her medication. Appalling customer service!

   I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service I received while waiting for a prescription to be made up, the ladies who work there laughing and joking while I was waiting. One lady behind the counter wall took off her mask and carried on talking to the other employees walked pass me without her mask on and went outside and than came back in passed me again without her mask went behind the counter to show the other employees something on her phone , all having a lovely time while I was still waiting she than walked passed me again without her mask on and left the chemist. I couldn't believe it they are supposed to be health professionals
