   Had a great visit to The Maxwells. The food was tasty, came out hot, and disappeared very quickly (always a good sign). The atmosphere was relaxed and lively without being too loud -perfect for a catch-up and a laugh. Lauren was an absolute star and a brilliant host. Super friendly, always smiling, and somehow appeared at the table exactly when we needed something — drinks topped up, plates cleared, no stress at all. She made us feel really welcome and genuinely looked after, which makes such a difference. Good food, good vibes, and great service. Would definitely come back,mainly for Lauren’s hosting skills (and the food too!).

   We paid £770 for 12 people to have Christmas dinner here. We were surprised that the meal did not include a drink for the price. After arriving on time, it took us 20 minutes of standing at the bar to order drinks. The starter then took 1 hour to arrive and 1 person was missed, they didn't bring it until everyone else was finished, and we'd asked 2 times. The main course came an hour later. Meat was very good, though the vegetables were undercooked. After waiting so long, everyone around us had been served and left, and staff were cleaning all the tables around us before we'd had our main, not the greatest atmosphere. Overall the food was nice, but will definitely be looking to book elsewhere for next year.

   Brilliant evening at Maxwells Loughborough. From booking to our meal, our host Keiron was so pleasant and helpful. We all agreed our meals were delicious, hot and well presented. The steaks were so tender. A large choice on the menu. Thank you to Kyle their chef. Excellent service from all your staff. We would highly recommend Maxwells. We were a table of 13 on a busy evening for them. We'll be back.

   Absolutely great service, We had a large group of 19 and had pre-sent an idea of what food we would like. This all changed once we arrived and the staff were more than happy to help us get sorted with our new ideas on what we wanted to eat. Great timing on all the food and everything was served quickly and was enjoyed by all. Awesomeness all round, brilliant food and great service. Will be visiting again.!

   Came in for a Valentine's day meal. The food was very hot, plentiful, and spicy. We really enjoyed our meals. The girls behind the bar are very friendly and helpful. So nice that the staff take time to listen and smile. We will come back again, I want to try another dish from the menu.

   Saucy! Ordered two different burgers and received one of the tastiest meals , thanks to the sauces, I have had in a while. Great service, friendly atmosphere . Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Would also highly recommend the fish and chips also.

   This place is a gem. There was a group of about 15 people celebrating the life and passing of my Auntie. The staff and mangement were fantastic. We ordered food it all came out more or less at the same time. Hot and was totally delicious. Atmosphere was great and they accomodated us all perfect. Cannot recommend enough, we will be going back. Thank you all.

   Food is fairly good, just suspecting they are slightly short of staff, as we had to clean and sort out own table. Yet, apart from this, all ok with Sizzlings menu.
