   Since my previous review, Stanley has stayed with Susie on many occasions, recently for a month, returning with improved lead skills and in better shape. As always I continue to be delighted with Pups & Pals, Susie is great at keeping in touch and the videos and photos are always brilliant. 100% recommended. Susie is my dogs favourite human, he is absolutely delighted to be in her company and always returns from walks tired and happy. She has years of experience working at animal rescue charities, a degree in animal behaviour and grew up on a farm! If you are thinking of a dog walker/pet sitter/horse whisperer etc, then Susie at Pups & Pals is 100% recommended.

   Susie has looked after my dog from a puppy. Susie started off with 30minute home visits and as my dog got older understood my anxieties around him going straight into group walks (as he was very unsure about other dogs), and so tailored the walk to where there would be less dogs, in order to build his confidence up. I can definitely see a huge improvement in his confidence around other dogs now and I can see from her video updates (which I really enjoy) that he very much enjoys his time with her. Susie has always been very accommodating and will always do her best for all her clients. I feel incredibly confident leaving my pets in her capable hands.

   Pups & Pals (susie) has been walking my dog, Joyce, for a couple of years now and I know she is in safe hands whenever she is with Susie which is huge peace of mind! I also love watching their Instagram stories, seeing all of the dogs enjoying their walk together! Sometimes I need to ask for additional walks/daycare and Susie always does her best to accommodate which is greatly appreciated! Susie is really friendly and professional, and I am so glad we found her!

   Susie is the best decision we’ve made for our pup Milo. He was so nervous and scared of dogs but since we found susie over a year ago he’s a totally different dog! So happy and confident! It’s so nice that while me and my partner work Milo is having such a good time & lots of exercise with someone we trust with him. It’s also so lovely to see him on susies Instagram story so we can watch what he’s up to. I highly recommend susie, best decision ever!

   Pups and pals have been walking my Romanian rescue for almost a year now and haven't got 1 negative thing to say. My dog is very nervous of other people but straight away, Susie took it slowly and helped her gain confidence. Now she loves her walks and gets so excited every day to play with all of her friends. I receive regular photos and videos of her playing in the day and she is always tired out on an evening. Thank you Susie for being so caring and understanding. You're the best!

   We’ve been using Susie to walk our dogs for the past 2 years and she is truly an asset, we are forever grateful we stumbled across her Facebook page. The boys are both excited to see her and enjoy going out for walks with her. Susie also dog sat for 2 weeks while we went on holiday, not once did I fret about the dogs as I knew they were safe and happy.

   Pups & Pals is a game changer! Susie always makes me feel at ease whenever I leave my 2 house bunnies & cat, she is great with all of my pets and really goes the extra mile to make them & me happy. Communication is excellent I love seeing photo and video updates whilst I am away! Very professional and knowledgable and always gives good advice. Thanks Susie you do a brilliant job, would definitely recommend!
