   I came to Cathy at a really dark point in my life with anxiety specifically health, I was having continuous panic attacks and I was constantly distressed, I was at a desperate point in my life thinking there was no way I’d feel okay again, she helped me so much. Her technique and her warmth in her sessions has massively helped, although not completely anxiety free she has given me then valuable tools and knowledge to help me manage my journey on my own, if I ever need anything again with my mental health she’ll be the first person I call. Money well spent!

   Cathy really helped me on the run up to my A Levels. I’d been really struggling with perfectionism and being obsessive with my revision to the point where it was impacting my mood. Cathy taught me lots of useful coping mechanisms and methods to redirect my focus and notice my strengths. These made such a big difference during exam season and helped me to perform as well as I could and achieve A*A*A in my A Levels.
