   Unfortunately couldn’t give it any worse of a rating. You will not get the phone fixed by the “technician”. “S t e p h a n” should sell fiction as that’s what he seems better in. There’s a betting shop opposite, your money will be better spent in there. Thanks. When the owner reads this he knows how to get into contact :)

   The 5 star review was done by them because My experience was very poor they tried to charge me £130 for a Xbox one s and it was broken and the fan wasn’t working ( I didn’t find out until I was setting it up at home ) manèges to get them down to £90 and did I forget the back of the contiler was missing so yh I had to go back 3 times and was not very happy I will not be going back and don’t recomend it to anyone . DONT WAST YOUR MONEY HERE !

   Sold me a ps4 telling me it was a terabyte and it was a 500 when i told them this they said who told you it was a terabyte it was marked up as a terabyte and they all told me it was and they gave me a ps3 pad so I went to change it they gave me a broken ps4 pad which I had to change again and I'm still waiting for my console as they said they would call me when they got one I'm quite doughtful I will get a call

   Staff have always been very nice and respectful and have been great with my daughter who’s 7 she gets anxious in busy places but the staff always go out of there way to chat to her and see how she is ,the staff put up with a lot of abuse from customers and they take it on the chin I personally couldn’t

   I thought it was a brilliant service, having to replace the engine on my car meant all sort of parts I had to purchase. Bit short on cash mid month, so got a loan on 2 laptops for 28 days, £32 charge per £100 loan, in a time of urgent need really helped me out. Very quick and efficient service. Lady that served me was brilliant and easy to talk to. All in all a great place during an emergency. Yes charges are on the heavy side but all is explained very well. Instead of paying garage £44 +Vat per day storage I was able to pay less than this in charges over 28 days 10/10

   This is the worst place in Cardiff absolutely terrible they have the worst costumer service if you can get your goods else were I suggest you do they scam you and don’t accept returns even with a receipt so think very carefully before you shop here! my opinion avoid this place at all costs. I used to be a very loyal costumer before but today I went and bought a guitar and then decided that it was not very convenient for me to keep it in my house so I you do I returned it they said I couldn’t even tho I had a receipt and only bought it like an hour prior. So I decided to sell it back I payed £25 for the guitar and only got £10 back they were so rude and disrespectful. JUST DON’T GO HERE you will regret it.

   Appalling customer service, today I arrived there to pick up my "buy back goods" at 5.13pm and they were closed, there were other customers outside the shop, more annoyed than I was! Apparently the staff shut shop at 4.15pm this afternoon, and put a sign in the door window "sorry for the inconvenience, be back in 5 mins" haven't they got enough staff to cover luchbreaks, toilet breaks etc. Also when I was last in there, I was making my way out of the shop, went past the jewellery counter to take a quick browse and an intoxicated lady approached me, came right up in my face and had her hand on my handbag, God only knows what would happened if I was an elderly person or a vulnerable person! The place could do with a good clean and staff should be more alert with what is actually going on in their branch ! ....& brush up on their customer service skills. As the staff are not entirely at fault, the company's area Manager should be the one to take the blame as it's his/her responsibility that the running of the Canton Branch adheres to the rules & regulations of the Company, please take this as constructive criticism as it is not intended to be some kind of personal vendetta towards anyone in particular. Hope service improves.
