   Worst boots in Coventry. go to any other branch or pharmacist this one is terrible, prices different to the website when I went last week and this week they’re only taking cash payments. Awful service for a big branch staff were no help either assisting in any of my issues . Might as well close the branch down if you can’t successfully serve your customers. I’m a local and will go elsewhere from now on

   A lot of the bad reviews are about the staff. They'll treat you nicely if you treat them nicely. It's customer service, not customer's slave; treat them with some respect and you'll get it back. I've been many times for general pain relief medicine, skincare and prescriptions and never had a problem.
