   Returned products. There was a queue at the checkouts and a colleague simply wondered off and closed his checkout. Why he wouldn't have got the queues down is baffling. Zero awareness of the customer and is training needed.

   This Tkmaxx was the worst I've been. They dress women in bags. Why can't Yorkshire people have luxury items, does management think there are only poor people who cannot afford good stuff? I've been there several times cannot find trendy or high end fashion.

   There are many items available.but not very good quality though very expensive compared to any other place. For long time I only bought a wallet from Tk max which was good quality and not too expensive.only 16 pound I think. They got some leather coat what is nice and good the price is more than 200 pound. Tk max is not my cup of tea,may be some other people find it suitable for them.

   I went in not long after it opened and didnt like it felt like a jumble sale not been in since till today and was pleasantly surprised I found the experience a lot nicer and went and had a good look around and some really good bargains definitely be going in again at some point
