    Great pharmacy, medication comes through very quick and the pharmacists are lovely, very helpful. However, nobody actually picks up the phone, it takes 30 mins of calling to get anyone to answer, and i’ve watched them ignore the phone until it stops ringing several times. This is my only issue, because it can be quite frustrating having to walk to the store, rather than call ahead.

    Popped in this morning and to be honest would never step foot in there again as soon as I entered with my child was followed around by security NEVER FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE IN ALL MY YEARS is boots the new harrods where u got to look the part to enjoy shopping. You guys missed out on a huge sell today and most likely not the first time it's happened but the last for me

    I went to buy a perfume for my girlfriend’s birthday, spending £135 on a fragrance. When I asked for a nice gift bag, they only offered a standard Boots bag and said I’d need to purchase a better one separately. When I requested they at least wrap the perfume in attractive paper, they bluntly told me they don't offer that service. Frustrated, I paid £2.5 for a different bag. I insisted on speaking with the manager, but they informed me the manager was unavailable and only the assistant manager was present. A woman eventually approached me, only to say there was nothing she could do and that I could return the perfume if I wasn’t happy. Whether this poor treatment is a standard across all Boots stores or just a problem with this branch, I’m not sure, but I strongly advise against visiting this location. It was an infuriating and deeply disappointing experience. Can you believe they handed me a £135 perfume without any proper packaging, just as shown in the photo?

    Christie is great but the service from other staff was not good. Lots of confusion on their rewards system which took ages to sort out. The lady at the till ended up charging me twice as a result of all this. A lot of hassle!!! It got resolved in the end, but terrible service to start with.

    I had a bad customer experience. Security has started to follow me the first thing I entered the store. I usually don’t shop there so it was unusual to me for the security to follow costumers every step of their way.After few minutes of fallowing me around he approached me and started shouting at me assuming I was stealing. I was simply doing my shopping.I wouldn’t recommend this store.

    Trying to make a hearing appointment for my elderly mother. Numerous phone calls to the variety of options given. The one star is for the pharmacy department who at least answered the phone, after some wait. Extremely poor customer service.
