   Very bad service. I have been with them for a year and now would like to collect my medicine they sad we dont have your details. I contacted my Gp and confirmed they they have sent the prescription. Superdrug Asking me to come back in 3 days ?? They are not professional

   Today I went to the Superdrug on market way Coventry and all the staff were so lovely apart from one! Hannah on the Till was so so rude she rolled her eyes at me when I told her I forgot my Superdrug card and had to use my email address to access it. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her and she was just so rude to me. She belittled me and scoffed at me whenever I asked her anything. All I wanted to do was use my Superdrug card and my student discount at checkout and she made me feel like I was just bothering her. I definitely won’t be shopping here again after the way Hannah treated me! Horrible lady!

   Yesterday I purchased two flannels from your Leamington store at 15:53. One was pink and one was turquoise. Today I decided I wanted to return these as they were larger than what I wanted them to be. I took them into Coventry Market Way and picked up my click and collect order. I then asked to return them and explained why. You’re colleague on the till said this was fine. She then told me that the two flannels on the receipt were both the same colour. I explained that the lady on the till yesterday must of scanned them wrong. She then proceeded to tell me that for stock purposes she needed to have the correct colours. I told her this wasn’t my fault that her colleague had been lazy and scanned the incorrect colour. She explained that again she needed the correct stock. She then also said that as a good will gesture she would return them this time. I said that I only bought them yesterday and it wasn’t my fault that they were scanned incorrectly. She then told me because they weren’t even purchased at her store she couldn’t check the cctv. We went round like this for a little while longer. I don’t think it’s acceptable to argue with a customer, and especially not in this circumstance. I am absolutely shocked that I have made to feel like I, the customer, have done something wrong in this situation. Clare who served me was rude, unapologetic and abrasive. I have worked in shops and customer facing roles for 17 years, and cannot believe someone would treat me this way over the colour of a flannel. Surely she could adjust her stock levels to the correct colour after completing the return, instead of making out she would be having to check cctv if it was her store - over the colour of a £2 flannel. I have never known anything like it and will think twice about ever entering that store again and will instead use the Lower Precient one where I am not made to feel like something on the bottom of someone’s shoe.

   We go there because of the amount of variety and sometimes the prices are good but I find that there's no price clearly displayed and although there were 3 shop assistants only 1 was on the till which led to the queue becoming over 5 people long as we had to fill in details for a superdrug card

   Average store with a variety of products. Place itself is very inaccessible as the door is insanely heavy, I wouldn’t imagine anyone with a physical disability would be able to get in here. The staff lack customer service skills but are nice enough. The lady at the pharmacy didn’t know what saline solution was however, which was a bit shocking. More of a drugstore than a pharmacy, and usually cheaper than boots.

   Really had a good-time shopping for my facials and body wash products. I was a little bit skeptic about going there. Someone recommended it to me for their low prices as against ordering online for those products which could be extremely expensive and takes time to be delivered to you. You hand-pick what you need, pay cheap prices for them and have it all to yourself. No que, no time wasting on delivering.
