   We stayed here on the 2 night stay Christmas package, checking in on Christmas Eve and checking out this morning. The service from start to finish was excellent. Super professional, attentive staff. Sophie and Grace, waited on our table and they are a credit to your team. Nothing was too much trouble. Our suite was really cold and within a couple of mins of speaking to reception, a staff member was at our door with an oil filled radiator. Our room soon warmed up. The dinner on Christmas Eve and the lunch on Christmas Day were both exceptional.

   We attended for a work meeting & lunch - 17 of us and we had a great time. The team at Hogarths made sure everything went well and coped when we threw a couple of curveballs at them! Rooms were warm, well appointed and comfortable. We've used Hogarths Stone Manor before - definitely a group we'd recommend to anyone looking for a great venue for a meeting and food.

   Hogarth's hosted my daughter's 21st Birthday in the Pelham. The Events Team did a wonderful job on dealing with all my requirements and also gave me extra rooms due to the storm predicted on the weekend, so drinks and canapés took place inside the Pelham hosting around 60 people. There attention to detail was superb and the guidance on table set up and floor plans were excellent too on planning the event to include a photobooth, DJ and flower wall. Thank you to Laura Forde in Events for looking after my very minute detail. I would like to also thank Wayne Vickers the deputy GM and his team on the day supporting and running the show in a timely fashion on when the canapés were to come out and the lunch and managing the cake cutting ceremony also ensuring that we had enough place to accommodate unexpected guests and generally making it a well organised memorable event for Sasha my daughter who had a lovely. amazing time. Like the rest of my guests. And last of all my bar man Jake who was very polite, who had great listening and communicating skills. What a wonderful experience! The hotel rooms were fantastic too. Lovely tucked away Hotel and easy to find via satnav. Thank you so much Hogarth's for your kindness, support and help in hosting this memorable event!

   Hogarth's Solihull. What an outstanding establishment. We came here today to celebrate with our family and we were absolutely amazed but not only the beautiful grounds within the hotel, but the superb staff who's attention to detail was out of this world. The gentleman serving us in the evening gave us royalty treatment and made us feel at home. They met every need of ours and were always happy to help. I would 100% recommend Hogarth's Solihull. Spectacular

   The Dusk ‘til Dawn Details team recently had the pleasure of styling a wedding at Hogarths Hotel and were so impressed by both the venue and the team. The setting is truly beautiful, from the light-filled Garden Suite, which makes the perfect backdrop for a wedding breakfast, to the breathtaking outdoor ceremony area surrounded by lush greenery. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure the day ran smoothly for our lovely couple. A special shout-out to Laura, who was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. If you’re considering Hogarths for your wedding, you can rest assured you’ll be in the best of hands. We can’t wait to return and style many more celebrations here in the future!

   Was here to celebrate johnsons coach Xmas party. Room was Comfortable. Staff was overworked at bar and kept calm under pressure? Hotel ground beautiful. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

   I have been to Hogarths Stone Manor on a number of occasions. As a birthday treat for my friend a couple of us decided to take her for a treat as she hadn’t been before. Although the food was ok it wasn’t the festive afternoon tea we have had previously. No little pigs in blankets or warm nibbles. It was very much like a normal afternoon tea. We had to ask for tea after we had received the sandwiches, which the waitress seemed surprised that we wanted tea and were just asked if we wanted breakfast tea. We were given no other option. There was no explanation of what the sandwiches / cakes were, which for such a luxury hotel , I am surprised. The waitress was not friendly or smiley and didn’t make any conversation at all. I was left disappointed on this occasion.

   The place is beautiful but left-us with a bitter taste in our mouths. When we went back to our room . There was a deafening sound even the receptionist came to listen . This is like one in the morning She kindly gave us another external room, we left all our things in the room to collect later. At eight in the morning we went to our previous room to shower and collect our belongings. We could not get in and my husband went to reception . When we opened the room there were people in the bed and our things were gone. Very very embarrassing. The receptionist said our stuff was placed in another room in the hotel. Real invasion of our privacy as my undies and things including medicine were all over the room. Subsequently we were taken to the room were our stuff were being moved to, to find the room being renovated with no water no taps no tiles no way to shower etc. We packed and left . Who does that!

   I captured a corporate event here recently and I was overwhelmed how beautiful this venue is. I heard a lot about this hotel in the past but not had the chance to visit. I will definitely be visiting it more often and tell everyone I know about it. The grounds are kept clean and tidy and it’s easy to find your way round. Plenty of on-site parking and no need to pay or enter your reg number at reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful they were also well presented and looked smart in there uniforms. The event I was at the staff worked effortlessly to make it flow and all food and drink was well presented and on time. The quality of the food was also exceptional. Everything was made in house even the cakes and pastries. I would highly recommend this venue for a corporate event or for a over night stay. They also have a really nice private dining area that can seat 22 people. Big shout out to Ellie Beattie and the rest of the team for really going above and beyond.
