Well definitely not what the kebabs used to be not much meat salads doesn’t look like good I asked for extra onions but not many there value for money not as good as it used to be. I’m sorry to say this but I’ve used you for a long time, but this Kebab was the worst portion I’ve ever had
Listen when I want yummy crappy food. I don't want to pay the world for it. Other local take aways keep putting the price up! When the helpful people at Radstock Charcoal Grill. Keep prices reasonable. It can be a bit hard to park sometimes. But that's it.
Absolutely disgusting, I have never ordered from a place and been so disappointed in my choices. Ordered cheesy chips, absolutely rank. Dripping with what I think is oil. The chips were stone cold. Absolutely rank. Never ordering again.❌❌
Food was delivered at 00:15 with no bag, soggy chicken burger with a massive bite out of it and soggy kebab. Called to complain to ask for replacement food, guy on phone said can't as closing even though website said open till 01:30, everyone else is closing and it's been busy so we're closing. Asked what are they going to do, are they going to send some food? Heard some swearing and they hung up on me at 00:25. No answer when I called back. Not happy and angry!
Usually it’s a 4 star from me for here. The only place I order my kebabs from, but when you order a kabeb you usually order a sauce, as I do. I ordered a charcoal grill special kebab with Salad separate and extra chilli sauce and extra garlic sauce. @£17.50. My kebab arrived with no sauce at all. I called them, he said he would send it out, he was actually rather rude shouting saying he was too busy, that’s why it had been forgotten. No sauce arrived. Kebab went cold while waiting. I won’t be ordering from here again

The person held me at knife point and said to put a 5 star mybowels have never been so sad all jokes aside never order I think I have diarrhoea stage 4 never again ordering . AVOID
Absolutely fuming I bought dinner and ordered extra salad on my meals… got barley any salad and the chicken wasnt cooked and they hang up when calling to complain, either get glasses and learn to read or shut down
