I asked Derek to give me a quote, which is free. Waited a week, called..looking at prices?. Spoke to one of his workmen who's local. Told me " well if you want to sell your house, sell it to a builder, because the price of yours has gone with the work that is needed to repair that, and I'm retiring next year ". Thanks Boston.
