   Our lovely server Beth was incrediblely welcoming even though we'd booked last min on a busy Friday night and just before Christmas! We very much enjoyed our food, which arrived quickly and freshly cooked, added bonus of an unlimited salad bar. We couldn't manage desert but it looked lush. Great location and would definitely visit next time we venue into Wales.

   We brought our Great Grandson for the Breakfast with Santa experience. It was well organised, not too busy and the staff were fantastic.    Our third recent visit here, we have been happy to return due to the much improved food, service and atmosphere in recent times. We noted the food hygiene rating of 5 on the door and the open plan kitchen and rotisserie gives you a confidence about the food you will be consuming. We enjoyed the well-stocked salad bar to start and continued with the varied menu which delivered large, fresh, hot portions. Nothing was too much trouble for our cheerful server Kayla who answered our questions and adjusted our order to meet our needs. Decked out for the Christmas season, there was a happy atmosphere. We will be returning.

   Had a family meal here with 11 people on 10th October. Our server was brilliant, really friendly and a good laugh. He came and took the cake away without us asking ready to bring out later in the meal. He got everything we ordered right and the food all came out at the same time piping hot! Food was delicious for every single person and we can't say with 11 people often but we all really really enjoyed. They brought the cake out after and sang really loudly so my daughter was mortified but in a good way! I didn't catch his name and he was leaving to work at a local hospital so not sure if he would even see this but he absolutely made our night!

   Absolutely excellent meal tonight. I’m Coeliac and it’s really important to feel safe when eating out. The food and the service were both fantastic. Thankyou to manager Liam and server Tim who talked us through everything. Will definitely be back again soon

   Great visit for food with a friend. Food was fab. The mini desert and drink was great. I had the jammy dodger Sunday and my friend the brownie . Main I had Combo chicken and ribs and my friend had half rotisserie chicken .

   My seventh review of a Harvester in the south Wales area and I am giving this one A big "WOW". My chef's name was Vaun and I am giving all five stars to him as a thank you, everything was cooked perfectly, I was quite honestly extremely inpressed. I also have to mention it's a fabulous venue with great front of house staff and a good turn over of happy customers which is always a good sign. This one is going to be very hard to beat and may knock newport malpas off my top spot.

   Booked a table for 12 as we stayed in the Premier Inn next door. Very friendly staff, bit of a big que for salad cart as one poor girl was serving the whole restaurant. Food came in good time and was perfect. Same with the puddings. Loved it so much we went back for breakfast. Didn't book a table thos time and they managed to seat 12 of us again. Breakfast was great. Will definitely return if we are in the area. Thank you.

   Arrived on Saturday evening with no booking but they managed to fit us in after a short wait. Food was excellent and our waiter was brilliant. Still some covid restrictions in place so we were served our salad from the salad cart but that was not a problem. Overall a great experience.
