   Me and my family came here for a birthday meal on the October payday Friday. Was a super packed venue. I believe our server’s name was Georgia? A young girl. Anyway, she was outstanding, super friendly and polite, super attentive to our table and dealt with the pressure really well. Couldn’t apologise enough for the wait, but what do you expect on pay day weekend?! The food and service was worth the wait! Great experience. Will definitely be coming back

   We first found this lovely restaurant when viewing property’s in the area, since then we’ve been 5/6 times and have brought family and friends with us each time. The staff are lovely and so accommodating, the food is absolutely delicious and the portions are great sizes. When we took the kids they gave them activity packs so they were entertained throughout our visit. We have never had to wait long for food and they have always accommodated our annoying food substitutes. The unlimited salad is a great addition as it’s free with your main.

   We visited this evening to celebrate my friends birthday. Our server Clare was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure our meal was perfect. I'd asked for the chocolate and Strawberry pot dessert but they were out of Strawberries so she asked I'd like a banana instead, it was delicious! She was so friendly and her banter made our evening. Shes definitely an asset to your company. We'll definitely be visiting again.

   I wanted to share some feedback following a recent visit to one of your restaurants. Firstly, I want to stress that this is no reflection on the staff or the venue itself – both were absolutely lovely. Claire, in particular, was very welcoming and helpful, and the food itself was cooked beautifully, so full credit to the team on site. My concern is purely around portion sizes compared to the prices on the main menu. We visited on Chicken Tuesday (£8) and had a discount code, which made it reasonable on this occasion. However, without that, I don’t think we would return at full price. For example, the chicken skewer meal is £15.99 on the standard menu, yet what you receive is one skewer with four small pieces of chicken, a portion of chips, and coleslaw from the salad bar. The menu photo shows a sauce, but none came with the meal. The restaurant was almost empty during our visit, and with prices like this, it’s understandable. I appreciate that costs have risen, but £15.99 for such a small portion feels very difficult to justify, especially for families. I genuinely feel this is something that needs to be reviewed, as I’ve noticed similar issues elsewhere, and it seems to be affecting customer return rates. We love the team and the food quality, but unless there’s a discount, the current pricing just doesn’t feel sustainable for what you get. I hope this feedback helps, as it would be a shame to stop visiting altogether.

   Had breakfast at Harvester and it was a great experience. We arrived late but the staff were happy to serve us and couldn’t have been more friendly. Breakfast was cooked well, generous portions, and exactly what we needed. Left full and happy. There are signs about parking and plenty of spaces, but the staff reminded us to register our number plate, so it’s worth making sure you do that to avoid any issues.

   Returned 5 weeks later my wife and myself. Both had sirloin steaks medium and medium rear. Both cooked as requested. Frendly attentive staff . Birthday offer so only paid for one steak . Very good offer. Will now download app for myself. Family meal midday . Five people all pleased with their meals . Very polite waitress. Meals came at the ŕight time we had finished the salad bar thing. Desserts were large and well presented. With drinks about £20 a head will return.

   I feel the need to feedback on my experience today. I am quite a regular visitor to the Harvester chain, but I am not convinced this will continue after today. We booked at quite short notice and was grateful we managed to get a table at your restaurant. We arrived to be told there was no pasta on the salad cart and then no rotisserie chicken. When being shown to our table, we were then told the air con was not working, which as you can imagine on a day like today, didn’t make for the most comfortable experience. On visiting the salad bar, we noticed there was also no pineapple or beetroot, not sure if this was just today or they have been withdrawn. The overall choice on the salad cart was minimal to say the least. On a plus, the food that we did order was quite enjoyable but due to the extreme heat and myself and my family feeling quite uncomfortable, we were all unable to finish our meals. It seemed to be no further bookings being taken and everyone seemed in quite a rush for us to leave as we were given the bill and payment taken all within 10 seconds. On leaving, no one acknowledged us and there was no ‘thank you, goodbye.’ All in all a very disappointing visit and wished i stayed at home. i would appreciate your feedback. thank you

   I came to visit for the 2nd time in a week as the first visit was very good with a friendly and welcoming waitress. The second visit was not as good. The waitress seemed to have a problem with everything we asked for, so different from the fist visit. Things were not up to the same standard as per the previous visit or to our visit to the sister restaurant in Spytty park. It’s a shame that things can go so downhill after a great first visit. The chips were cold as was the service. What a shame. Really made the meal very uncomfortable.
