   Overpriced. Overcrowded. Tiny gym that never gets any improvements, but they will happily raise the prices constantly so they can waste the money on everything but the thing you pay for. Should be a membership cap. There have been times when there's over 30 people in there, and you can't even use a piece of equipment because there are 20 teenagers all play fighting and hogging it all. The equipment is old and dirty too.

   We came here for a party, in the sports hall. The inflatables they had were great and my child had lots of fun. There was plenty of parking. A word of warning, if you follow google maps to get here the directions tried to take us into the car park for the adjacent school.

   For a gym run by the local authority, it's pretty well equipped. The gym itself feels really cold when you first go in but, if you're working out, that's not necessarily a big issue. Research what time of day you want to go, there seems to be a large number of older members who like to go there, which isn't an issue, just be aware that you may not get access to the machines very easily at certain times of day.

   Super friendly staff and nice gym. Do wish the gym was a bit bigger though, and also there were a few more spaces on spin classes (books up extremely quickly!). That said, classes are great when you can book on! X

   Good quality cheap swimming session from 13:45 - 1500 on on a Sunday. We took out 2 and half year old and 18 month old and had a good session. Communal changing are was clean. Although showers lacked water pressure though. Pool was clean and lifeguard was helpful. Floats/noodles available to borrow for little children as there is no toddler pool! There are vending machines in the foyer. YOU NEED TO PRE BOOK TO VISIT!

   This is a decent enough local authority gym, for a decent price on a flexible contract. The gym could be a bit better equipped but space constraints probably limit this

   It needs investment desperately. Toilets are awful, changing rooms/showers aren't nice at all. Gym equipment is limited it's has most things covered but there is not much options. Haven't used the pool so can't say anything about that. Sadly its the only gym in Llantwit Major so locals don't really have a choice.
