Amazing food and friendly staff. Be aware of long waiting after ordering and it’s a bit noisy when busy, if you’re sensitive to that. We were two and it took 45 min for the food to be served, but the quality was so good that we didn’t mind. And absolutely the best tasting bacon!

The Malago hosted our team’s Christmas party meal and it was spot on. The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. The staff were genuinely friendly and, despite us being a large group on a busy Friday night, nothing felt like too much trouble. They made us feel truly welcome, which is rare these days. Thanks to the whole Malago team.

We came on a sunday and its the1st time we had a roast. There was 9 of us including 2 young children. We sat down and the service was great. The food came and it was very enjoyable no one could fault it ,every thing was very tasty and cooked very well. We all had different roasts ..pork, beef and chicken and all absolutely loved it . Will definitely go again. It's nice that the staff are all friendly and made us feel very welcome 10/10.

Great food and atmosphere. Been coming here for brunch/ Sunday roast for years and only recently discovered the mid week dining menu which was absolutely excellent. Relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The only thing that could be improved would be the location of the till/ welcome station as currently you have to stand in the corridor and in the way while they see you/ attend to you/ sit you. Other than that, highly recommend!

An absolutely stunning meal guided by really pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly staff! The meal was expensive, but the portions were huge! Totally worth the price in my opinion. The pork hot pot was enormous and and so rich with flavour. The onglet steak starter was the stand out dish for me. I wish this was a main so I could have eaten more of it. My partner had the lamb which was unbelievable well cooked, it melted in the mouth and the presentation was nothing short of Michelin Star! The cocktails were delightful and perfectly balanced which set the tone for a perfect evening in Bedminster.

One of the best full English breakfasts in Bristol. The hash brown was a triumph, the smoked bacon and black pudding spot on and the sausage was an absolute banger. The Bloody Mary was also top notch. Great atmosphere in this place for a Sunday morning. How lucky we are.

Sunday roast was good and staff were nice but service was slow. It took an hour to get our food for just me and my husband and even when it was less busy our dessert seemed to take a while. Took a full two hours from when we sat down to when we got our bill.
