   I recently had a lovely experience in the Cardiff store with a lady called Shana. I had been in and out of every store in Cardiff panic searching for an outfit for a wedding that was happening a few days later. I told Shana I needed a bag and she immediately asked what colour and told me she had the perfect bag for me out the back. They hadn’t gone out on the shop floor yet but she knew how well it would match - and it was perfect! She was incredibly kind, warm and smiley. She also signed me up to the member programme so I had some discount off. Really amazing experience - thank you!

   Small store but lovely stuff. Nice staff. Can be pricey but generally lasts well. Jewellery, bags, shoes, wedding items, scarves, and hats. Also some gift items.

   After having a great experience having my ears pierced in this Accessorize by Amiran last year, I impulsively went back to get a second lobe piercing. This time the lovely Olivia pierced my ears.
