    Unreliable service. I booked an appointment for May, which was canceled two weeks beforehand. This isn’t the first time they’ve canceled appointments and added customers to a cancellation list. Two months later, I still haven’t received a rescheduled appointment, and there has been no communication about when to expect one. When I called in June, I was simply told to book a new appointment. It's frustrating that they are available for new bookings but have no availability to reschedule canceled ones. Grooming is essential for a long-haired dog, and this kind of delay is unacceptable. I will not be using this service again. There are plenty of groomers who value their customers and demonstrate loyalty.

    Took my dog to get her nails cut, this was the first time my dog has had her nails done. I told the woman that her back feet didnt really need doing as they were quite short already, got my dog in the car and noticed one of her nails was bleeding where they had been cut so short! Then I noticed most of her other nails look like they had been cut with a blunt pair of clippers and are at the wrong angle, they look like they have been absolutley butchered! I wont be coming back here again!!!

    We have been taking Teddy here since he was a puppy. Lovely staff friendly/ professional and they know him so well now . Hes a very nervous dog but they have a special way with him. Would recommend.

    Great groom But my dog also got fleas! I guess I should have put an anti flea treatment on her prior to visit So please ensure you do before you take your dog there. The cut was great and the staff were very friendly and good with my nervous pet. If not for fleas I would have given 5stars

    Lovely staff, friendly and professional, great groom, my dog smelled great after he’d been seen. He seemed reluctant to leave which said to me he had enjoyed himself! One small thing prevented it from being five stars, I would rather that the tennis balls weren’t dog height at the till, I ended up paying for the groom and a pack of tennis balls as my dog had grabbed some, he’s a puppy and it was too much temptation. It’s like sweets at the supermarket checkout, it would be helpful to move them please!
