Libby was great at calming down our dog for his first experience at a groomers. He looked super afterwards!
Libby fit my puppy in last minute when we had a bit of a messy incident and needed some help. Nova was nervous to enter the shop but Libby was understanding and friendly and once Nova was in she was perfectly happy. Nova came out lovely and clean and calm. Will definitely be bringing our pup back next time she needs a groom.
Libby was amazing. He doesn't like the groomers but she was great and very patient. Came out looking so fresh. Thanks again!

Had our two Shih Tzu pups groomed by The Pooch Parlour today and we’re absolutely delighted with the results. The youngest is only 4.5 months and still quite nervous around other dogs, but although this was his first cut, he was so happy and contented when he came out, it was obvious how well he’d been looked after. Suffice to say they’re already booked in for their Christmas cuts in December.
Have been taking Bernie to Sue since he was very young and he always comes out looking very smart. Lovely touches like little bows on his collar and he smells wonderful! I wouldn't take him anywhere else.
