   I went to Pet mania for my Dogs food and snacks and was looking into getting a Halti headcollar. Everyone at Petmania is always so friendly and knowledgable. Sage is great with tricks and picks things up easily being a spaniel, but lead walking is his nemisis and something we have not been able to crack! Along comes Mike, with his fountain of knowledge and reccomends a double lead (by Halti) instead of the halti head collar. Instead of starting with the most restrictive, going up in stages as his current harness is well fitted, and if the double lead doesnt work, we can progress to the halti. He showed us how to use the double lead whilst in the shop (perfectly demonstated with Sage). Eager to get started, off we went to the park to try it out, following mikes guidance. What a difference after just five minutes of trying! Thank you, Mike! Cabt wait to crack this heel walking, and save my shoulders and arms!

   A lovely welcome for our first visit here. Carefully chosen and good selection of products for dogs, from all sorts of harnesses, leads and collars, to a variety of treats, toys and activity items. My dog was so impressed she peed, and this was dealt with without fuss and no hard feeling. All in all a great resource for pet owners run by a family who take pride in their service.

   Brilliant place to visit for all of your pets needs. Friendly and very welcoming staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Recently bought some pet remedy to help my pup relax. Seems to work well. They also have puppy classes in the back room, which I have enrolled our new pup into. These have been going well and have gained a lot of useful information.
