   Had a crack on my windscreen so I needed a replacement. I called them and they gave me a next day appointment for the morning. Dropped off my car and was told to come back an hour later. The technicians were polite and everything seems good so far. The price for the installation was really good so I didn’t have to go through insurance. Pilkington glass is really good quality aswell.

   I got my car windscreen fixed today 3rd Sep 24. The fixer was very professional and took in total 30mins to do his job. The time slot provided was 9:00AM - 1:00PM, he was exact at 9:00AM which was quiet good for me. Fixing is done same as original. He cleaned any stain of fixing from car and performed good job. Very satisfied and pleased with service. I will definitely recommend Roadside Service.

   Wanted to get my window replaced. Had a very unreasonable person on the phone that told me I have to come at 9 am on the dot for my appointment and if I come any later then they can’t see me as they have other another person for 9:30 The person on the phone was very condescending and shows me they are not professional. Never felt under so much pressure in my life I waited a whole day for them to give me a time and they couldn’t even wait 30 minutes for me. Considering the person that they have answering the phone, I don’t think this business will last very much longer Worst wishes

   I called and got an appointment the next morning and came here with what i thought was a crack in my windscreen, the mechanic kindly explained to me that it was not a crack and rather a scratch and advised not to change my windscreen. They are really honest and reliable. highly recommend
