   Just had a new boiler installed and honestly, I am really happy with how it all went. The team showed up on time, were super friendly, and got straight to work. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood how to use the new system before they left.They were respectful of the house put down sheets, tidied up after themselves, and didn’t leave any mess behind. The whole job was done quicker than I expected, and everything’s working perfectly so far. The house heats up much faster now and it already seems more efficient than the old one. All in all, a really smooth experience. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking to get a boiler installed without any hassle.

   From the moment Haider came to give me a quote to complete our boiler installation I knew that I wanted him to complete the work. He was on time, professional, explained all the options, took detailed notes about the work to be carried out and came back to me with a quote quickly. His price was very reasonable and extremely good value for money because his work is impeccable! He gave great advice along the way but of course left all decisions down to my husband and I so we could work within our budget. During the process we asked Haider to also run a new water line and gas line to get rid of exposed pipes and I am so happy we asked because the pipes are now all hidden away and even thought the pipes will not be seen the work is so neat and tidy! I couldn't recommend Haider and his team any more, if you are looking for a certified boiler engineer who will have your best interest at the heart of the project then Haider is the man for the job. I will be using his services again going forward and will recommend him to all my friends and family. Thank you again Haider and team for the work you completed for us!!

   I had a tricky system boiler which needed replacement for a combi; having myself experience in the industry I wanted to make sure of getting someone I could trust to do the job right as the flue goes from my flat into a loft making it more difficult considering regulations. After many quotes with other people, I found the B2B team who were professional from the beginning and an open book with their knowledge and recommendations which matched my expectations to the point that I left them to do the job whilst I was away and received permanent updates over Whatsapp. Very happy with the results, amazing pipework, a working nest thermostat and they even submitted all the warranty paperwork for me. They have now replaced boilers in 5 different flats in my small building which tells a lot.
